Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it.

Fast delivery, amazing mirror! My daughter was so happy with it. The lights are fantastic with three different colours and it's the only light she needs in her room. It's so lovely looking and high quality at a great prize! I'm very happy with my mirror😁😁😉

Do not use this company horrible and terrible experience got this for my wife for Christmas so when the mirror came I tested it and popped it back in the box then once put together I realised they had put the mirror together upside down so it looks completely unprofessional and tatty once getting through to the support team it just got worse they knew my wife was disabled and asked could we not return the mirror and the only other offer they gave us was a £30 refund on a £200 mirror that’s pathetic in my opinion but one woman had the audacity to say well the mirror shouldn’t have been put together if you noticed a problem with it and to that I say and it shouldn’t have passed QC check in the first place (justine) which goes to show they don’t care about quality

Ordered a mirrow which arrived damaged. Item was Christmas present so not opened until Christmas day item was cracked. Emailed customer service they refused to replace as they said we had to check within 24 hours and the box said this however nothing on the box to say we need to check this. Website also states 50 days return but they are refusing to return it. Dispite being bound my distance selling regs (as online) refused to do anything and offered 50% off a new one. What a joke buy something it comes damaged and they offer 50% off a new one. Please avoid.

There was no sticker on box to say this. You offered 50% off a new mirror which is not good enough. The item arrived damaged and you refusing to replace. You are duty bound by online and distance selling regs which is freely available on gov UK site. Small claims action is being taken for full refund which in the long run will cost you more. Yous will also be reported for failing to abide by these regulations. Total scam everyone please avoid to save a lot of headache.

I am delighted with my Houston Hollywood Mirror as it has completely transformed my dressing room. Before getting this mirror, I had a wall-mounted, unlit mirror, and I struggled with my makeup application due to the room being quite dark. However, with this mirror, I have the option to choose between different light settings such as cool, neutral, and warm. I can also adjust the brightness and dimness of the bulbs to my liking. It even has a built-in plug for my straighteners or hairdryer, a USB point to charge my phone, as well as Bluetooth speakers. The delivery was made on the next working day, and the mirror was very well packaged. It was also effortless to assemble. This mirror is extremely well-made and is a fantastic addition to any room.

Poor. Want to return the mirror but no answer on the phone, no live chat and no response to emails. Says no fuss return within 50 days. Terrible customer service.

In response to their response below. 2 things. You say online you have live chat and phone number. You don’t.
Second thing. We have not received an email so please stop making stuff up.

I’m actually shocked reading some of these reviews. From my personal experience in the past few months I can’t fault HM. I originally ordered a mirror for my daughter back in Oct, it arrived with no issues and was very well packed. It cleared state on the box ‘open in first 24hrs’ which we did and tested it and it looked fabulous and was working fine. On Christmas Eve whilst setting it up I thought I broke a bulb, in haste in ordered a new pack of 10, within a hour my dad has sorted the issue (our issue not the mirrors) I quickly emailed to explain and asked if they could cancel the order. On BOXING DAY they responded and cancelled the order with a refund - I can not fault that level of customer service.

The mirror itself is gorgeous, top quality and is a real statement piece, my daughter was ecstatic on Christmas morning and so far I have zero complaints. If anything I am eyeing one up for myself, I would not hesitate to order another and recommend this company.

HM are simply just an importer ! My daughter loved the mirror we brought 6months ago. But the top of the mirror glass started to look tarnished (browny). I contacted Hollywood Mirrors, eventually after several chases the response I got was that - the 'Manufacturer said' it was perfect when it left them. I have been told that 'we must have put a chemical on it to cause this' - why would we? Not sure what chemicals they think we have. Refused any replacement although it was in guarantee and offered £20 as a 'gesture of goodwill' which I declined. I am insulted and now realize that Hollywood Mirrors are no more than an importer from China. Do not be fooled by the endorsements - no interest in replacing anything. Buy this from Amazon at least they'll replace it.

Purchased the Houston mirror for my daughter and it was delivered the next day. It was a Christmas present so we unpacked it on Xmas day and it had some fault with the sensor so i contacted the company on Boxing Day so they’d have my email for when the reopened.
I received a reply that night and they went through the trouble shooting with me and then said they would send a replacement. I was so impressed with the customer service, they could not be more helpful and apologetic. I was even more impressed when i received the replacement mirror this afternoon. It’s all set up and looks amazing. One happy daughter! Would recommend and buy from again. Customer service is everything in what is becoming more of a digital world and it went a long way in resolving the problem with no regret for purchase. Thank you!

I ordered this mirror in November for Christmas for my daughter and as the box was massive it stayed hidden in the garage for a month. I checked the mirror glass wasn’t broken when it arrived but didn’t check to see if it worked. Just hoped and prayed it would. It does! And it is gorgeous. Heavy and seems to be great quality. It came in 2 days after ordering and I can’t say if it will last… but it is excellent for now.

Ordered a mirror from these clowns 5th December, money taken from the account in full on the day. No confirmation email sent so no order/tracking number provided. ALL phone numbers either ring out or do not connect at all. No reply at all via email despite multiple sent. No facility to use live chat despite using several devices to try. Not pleased, don't waste your money with these cowboys.

Edit - So the mirror turned up out of the blue just now. Everything in the box is fine and the mirror looks great. Some of my original comment still stands, the lack of communication and clarity is still not really good enough these days but credit where it's due the product itself seems good quality and I'm sure it will make a good Xmas gift as intended. Sorry for calling you cowboys and clowns 😅. Updated from 1 star to 3.

I have emailed on order #35874 numerous times as it stated pre Christmas delivery. The tracking info shows that it hasn't been picked up for delivery and they sent an email stating that it would be delivered today.

Yet another example of a website that is endorsed by Z listers and don't deliver what they promise and have no customer service.

I would advise that you don't buy from this company, be warned

Update - I have received mirror today so I am grateful for this. However, I just wish I was kept up to date better. It is really frustrating when you receive tracking info a week ago and the parcel still hasn't been picked up. I don't really want to email the company 4 times - but now happy and glad it has been sorted and do appreciate the direct response via Trustpilot.

Having purchased our mirror directly from this company in 2018, we were reassured that this company is reputable.
They advertise that the light bulbs they fit in their mirrors could be left on continuously for 5 years before needing to be replaced. One of our bulbs went earlier this year (it hadn’t been left on continuously since 2018).
We’ve now decided to gift the mirror to our daughter and wanted to replace the bulb.
I was under the mistaken impression that this would be a simple process, so visited Hollywood Mirrors online store and paid the astronomical £45 for a set of 10 new led bulbs.
On receipt of these bulbs I replaced the one which had gone, and although £45 lighter, I was happy this issue was resolved… it wasn’t.
Within 2 days the bulb had become ridiculously hot and had an orangey glow to it. I immediately removed it, and tried another one from the set of 10. The same thing happened, but this time it occurred within minutes… RED HOT.
I decided to contact Hollywood Mirrors and received the following reply;
Hi you can return the bulbs to hollywood mirrors unit 2 atlas mill atlas mill road brighouse hd21es for a refund thank you the tri coloured bulbs dont work in our older mirrors sorry they have changed the design.

Their website states the following;
‘Please note - We can not guarantee that our dimmable LED light bulbs work in an illumination mirror that wasn’t purchased from Hollywood Mirrors’

Nowhere does it say ; their £45 dimmable LED light bulbs won’t work in a mirror purchased from them in 2018.

That said, I accept changes have been made and that’s the way it is. What I can’t understand is once I’ve returned their product (which says it will work, but doesn’t ) at the cost of £8.49 for postage; why this company think it’s acceptable to only refund £41 of my £45 because one of the bulbs (the one I fitted originally) , was returned without its box !!. No apologies,; just £4 for a lightbulb box.
Very disappointing Hollywood Mirrors , I’m certainly not ‘feeling like a movie star’ and wonder whether you’d provide this level of shoddy service to one of your ‘celebrity customers’

*update; Hollywood Mirrors have now refunded the full amount, and have apologised- fair enough. 👍

I have also ordered a mirror 2 weeks ago and have emailed this morning to find out where the item is. I am currently waiting for a response on the live chat and no one has picked up my message yet that was sent half an hour ago. I am getting a little concerned as to where this item is and the fact that I don’t seem to be able to get hold of anyone to discuss it with.

I have sent 4 emails and tried calling several times to find out what has happened to my delivery. This is my daughters Christmas present so I am extremely upset and angry.

I absolutely love my Hollywood Mirror. I have been wanting one for ages and I can say it is even better than I thought it would be! I am so impressed with the quality, it is super sturdy, and it will definitely last me a lifetime. It was so easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. I love how you have the option to either have it on your dressing table or have it mounted on the wall. The lighting is perfect! The bulbs are really bright and you can choose between 3 different bulb colours. You can also change the brightness of the bulbs which I never even new about and it is such a cool feature. I can definitely say the difference the Hollywood Mirror makes is incredibly. It makes getting ready so much more fun and I can see exactly what I am going. I would 100% recommend.

Esp loving the blue tooth so I can music while I get ready

they delievered my mirror and its broken and ive contacted multiple times about it they keep ignoring me i want my money back ! the dleivery company they sent me to return it said they cant take it
