This company is a scam; their product doesn't work as advertised. The information on their website is misleading and incorrect. I purchased the Window Cleaning S7, which they claimed was a top product in the market. However, the product is defective and creates more dirt than it cleans. To make matters worse, their after-sales service is non-existent. They don't answer calls, and the phone number on their invoice is disconnected. They respond to emails after 2-3 weeks, which is too late to return the product. In short, once you pay, there's no option for a return, even if the product is faulty. I strongly advise against buying any products from this company.

For the hobot S7 pro. We got this machine hoping in would help with our massive windows. It didn't, super expensive, all it does is move the dirt around on the window and leave steaks. So now we have to clean the windows for the window cleaner to work. Not worth it

I have a sunroom and when I read about the Hobot-s7 Pro I thought I’d get one to clean the glass.
When I received it I tried on a regular window and it did a good job.
Then I tried it on the roof and it would not grip I though it was broken until I did a google search on “ do window bots work on slopped Windows” only to find out that the answer is “NO window bots do not work on slopped windows.
I’m so disappointed as nowhere on the material does it say that it dors not clean slopped windows so it is of very limited use to me very sad about wasting my money. It didn’t occur to me to check for slopped windows, my bad.

I foolishly spent $500 buying a HOBOT S6 Pro Robotic Window Cleaner from Robot My Life AU.
The Hobot is great in theory, nice to look at, but completely useless in reality.
It looks good as it shimmies, whirrs and rattles its way (not all that silently I might add) across windows, shuffling the odd bit of dirt it can move, from one side to the other. It’s hours of fun to watch the endless ‘dust ridges’ being left in its wake and the meandering river like ‘smears of grime’ it leaves behind as the odd drop or two of window cleaner fluid – as emitted from the Hobots nozzle - mixes occasionally with a dirty bit in a futile attempt at cleaning.
I was surprised by its uselessness. “Maybe will clean it all up on the next run” I would think to myself , “or even the one after that”. I waited washed and watched. I cleaned the Hobot cleaning bits (as required) more than it cleaned the windows. Roles were oddly reversed but it still didn’t clean well.
It will clean a window - providing it has already been cleaned – by you!. It will buff them up but in reality, very little dust or grime will be harmed by the use of this machine. You will also be rewarded by the interminable reminder from the ‘personbot’ trapped inside that what you are attaching to your window is in fact a Hobot as opposed to say a lawnmower or small SUV. Very reassuring and it happens every time you turn it on or pause it or start it or plug it in. Who can get ever get enough of mindless repetitive tedious and loud automated warnings eh!! “Hi. I’m Hobot”. Aarrrghhh
So there it is. Lots of promise but no delivery – It’s a bit like asking the kids to clean the windows and then wishing you hadn’t because despite all the effort and mucking around they are still dirty and you will still need to clean them yourself anyway. Plus it jams on edges and even fell off the window a couple of times. Constant surveillance required or Ms Hobot will tell you off!
Discussing the above ‘features’ with the Hobot factory is futile as they are protective of their creation. I have a substantial email trail pointing to shortcomings and seeking a refund. But its failure to clean my windows was always treated seen as an operator error/ignorance. I was peppered in email responses with useful suggestions such as;
- ‘I hadn’t cleaned the windows first properly first’ (WTF).
- ‘I hadn’t cleaned the Hobot enough. I did as per instructions
- Sprays didn’t work as clearly ‘I was using it in ‘windy’ condition’. (Seems anything over 0.005km/hr is deemed to be windy by this lot)
Basically you will be treated like a moron and receive scanned extracts of the manual back with their helpful user tips circled in red. Unbelievable Great customer service not and no fault of any kind admitted.

Avoid the Hobot and do not waste your money – you wont get it back. A zero star review if I could

The robot is unable to climb a window and it leaves markings on the window. This product is scam.

Robots are possibly going to be human’s next best friend! We are a family of 4 with two boys in early teens. Both me and my partner like the house to be clean all the time which is not always possible due to work and children’s commitments however, since getting our new Legee D8 around three months ago, we have experienced a much cleaner house. It’s an intelligent machine which came in at a great price with similar functions being offered by market leaders like Roborock and Ecovacs! Our main focus was to buy a robot with service centres within Australia and the possibility of talking to people rather than waiting in phone queues before getting to an agent sitting in some other part of the world. I spent a lot of time understanding the features of Hobot Legee D8 with Callum from their sales team before buying it and I am glad we made that choice!

Hobot Legee cleans the floors and carpets equally well. It senses type of flooring and changes modes instantly which means carpets do not get wet and floors get the shine due to wet mopping function. I generally use stain cleaning mode for kitchen as that is the place where we create a lot of mess during the day and rest of the house is cleaned between standard and Eco modes. Saying that I wish it could clean the wall skirtings 😉 which we still need to manually clean. If One needs a stain clean all over the house the battery dies a bit earlier when compared to other modes however the stain mode makes the Legee work harder so it’s pretty understandable.

We have two different levels at home however Hobot Legee has created two separate maps for both floors and we can switch between maps to clean both locations on regular basis. As the Lulu cleaning station for Legee is on lower floor of our house, I need to manually get it to lower level after it completes cleaning of our upper floor. I qucily change map settings to lower floor and command it to go home, which is simple!

Saying all this, It gets stuck on a specific area in our house regularly (legs of a study table) and I have tried using “weaken Climbing” function which sometimes works in that location. I honestly don’t mind as it works perfectly in all the other areas and If it gets stuck, we get a message on the phone so we can get it to start work again. I feel so good when I am at work and I get a message, Legee has completed cleaning 😊

I have emptied the bin a few times and cleaned the filter using the brush. I recommend cleaning the roller brush regularly and removing any dirt and keep an eye on Lulu station for water to be added and removed (dirty). I recommend that the cleaning accessories include a bigger brush to clean the filter and dust around the trash can and rollers.
The cleaning schedule options works well however I do not use it as I like to get the whole floor cleared before starting the cleaning. I wish I could be like Legee to start cleaning as scheduled however I am glad I have the option😊

I followed the instructions to a T. The glass panels were thoroughly cleaned of dust before using the machine.
The machine sprays the glass at different angles and does not remember spraying an area already cleaned. It changes direction abruptly, in so doing, creates more dirt and streaks. The streaks are impossible to get rid of.
I first used the robot on Saturday 18th March23. This is the only time I have used it.
I tried to take pictures of the streaks left on the glass, but the light bounces off the reflection in the glass and therefore does not show up the streaks.
I replaced the pads as per the instructions, I followed the instructions exactly and the machine still left streaks.
Each glass panel is separated on my balustrade, and when the machine moves in the up-down direction, it sprays on either side and when on the far right side, sprays onto the adjacent panel to its right side
and when on the far left, sprays onto the adjacent panel on its left side.
This left me scrubbing the sides every time it did this, so I had to watch it like a hawk.
I am not prepared to put the machine back on as I am extremely unhappy with its NON performance and only made my job harder, creating more work for me.
I am better off manually spraying and wiping down the glass panels myself.
I asked the company for full refund and they instructed me to watch the video. I advised that I
I watched this video 5 times.
We cleaned the tracks as per the video and instructions
We are both university educated individuals and ENGLISH is our FIRST language and we were therefore able to follow the instructions exactly.
The machine does not perform as advertised.
My glass panels on my balustrade are INSIDE the house
There are not caked with dirt
They were not subjected to dirt roads/building dust/etc
They were already clean before the robot was placed to complete a further clean
The only thing the robot did was make is worse
I do not recommend this product.

The best robot manufacturer that produces a new model Hobot Legee D8 of vacuum and wet floor cleaning robot. I have been using this robot for more than 4 months and I understand that I have not seen anything better on the market. The robot has a unique trash compaction system that increases the capacity of the container by 5 times. In my case, I didn't clean the garbage container for a month, but the robot continued to clean every day, mop the floors and vacuum the carpets.
Also, the robot has a charging base Lulu, which washes the microfiber cloth that is put on the vibrating platform. It is worth noting that the robot's vibration platform with microfiber washes better than if I did it manually using a regular mop.
