The delivery is abysmal ordered Thursday delivered the next Thursday,£2.75 for a packet of hooks. The 5 star reviews are rubbish. I live 10 minutes down the road, 2days at most by royal mail

Hello, as we explained to you via email we are not based in Denton anymore and we were not going to pay a member staff to drive for 60+ minutes to and from your house to drop off 1 packet of hooks. We use a set courier for all our parcels which costs us £3.10 regardless of size as it needs to be tracked and insure so we can both be certain your goods arrive. We only charged you £2.75 for this service. If you would ever like to collect any orders feel free to contact us and that can be arranged but our new unit is in Mossley so it will take you 25-30 minutes each way to collect.
