I can see that you are at Trust Pilot again. Here again to lure and mislead your potential customers, make them believe you and rip them off in the same way you use to do through your two previous companies:

I can see the same pattern you used previously: flashy images, shop at Regent Street and doing monologues with yourself through fake reviews on Trust Pilot.
For God sake, don't you have a dignity?

The so called 'shop' at Regent Street was a Post Box and was shared by another 4000 companies most of them scums like your companies Emma. You had a shop at Regent Street as much as the rough sleepers have an apartment there.

Furthermore you have referred to a shop which closed during lock down in Essex not London ( yet false information from

Thank you for such a smooth and excellent experience, from ordering to dealing with the after care team my experience has been superb, I purchased the block tv bed with the wallboard done across the full wall, and hob also designed our cinema seating and cinema sofa bed, Emma and Lauren were so helpful and clearly very experienced with their knowledge of what would work for our rooms.
Will recommend to all our friends and family and would encourage anyone looking to purchase bespoke furniture to make that initial call with them. Truly was a great find to us.
Will be back when we are ready to renovate the kids rooms

Use caution! A very mixed experience on a cinema sofa.
A very mixed experience so please use caution when buying from here. In general initial communications was OK (but you often have to ask several times for things), with material samples being provided and my order for a cinema sofa eventually place with a custom fabric selection. The manufacturing process was as per schedule and delivery process was smooth. (Though I was charged twice for delivery, with a refund currently being promised).
However, when delivered, the sofa fabric was a very different colour to what was selected, and the style of the sofa seating and cushions not as advertised (with additional piping on the edges). When enquiring about these I was bluntly informed the piping was required on this material (although the rest of the lounge does not have it) and if I didn't like it they will collect it and I could have a refund.
While a fair (and legally required) gesture there was no apology for any of the issues, no mention of the colour difference, no offer of compensation, and no offer to fix or correct anything. Essentially meaning I would be back where I was without a sofa 12 weeks ago.
I don't have the time to go through the process of purchasing a sofa again, and the quality is OK, so I will have to accept this as a lesson learnt this time but will not be dealing with this company again. Please use your own caution to make sure you actually get what you order.
In update to the HOB reply:
I was very clear with the delivery drivers (who took their own pictures) that the colour was very different, that I was not completely satisfied, and that I would be raising my concerns.
I would happily add my pictures here to illustrate my feedback if Trustpilot allowed.

Thank you for taking your time in leaving a review, however find your comments a little unfair, firstly all notes are kept on your order and at no stage did you have to chase us on anything and secondly you certainly did not wait 12 weeks for a sofa to be delivered
You purchased a sofa from us with a fabric which was a specialist leather that you wasn’t charged any additional cost and Is not available to order through our website although this fabric states on our gallery a surcharge of £250 extra would be due.
You ordered your cinema sofa on 29th of may and received your sofa on the 9th of July. You left an initial deposit and didn’t pay the balance until the 27th of June. Your delivery was received within the time frame quoted on our website.
Upon delivery our delivery drivers spoke with you directly regarding the shade difference in leather, which was slightly darker than the initial sample you ordered weeks before prior to ordering also advised they would take the sofa back for you, however You confirmed you were more than happy with the cinema sofa and the colour. In regards to piping this was added to the seated cushions and back cushions as you chose a hard leather fabric and not a soft material.
We explained to you that the finish would not be suitable if we didn’t add the piping.
This information is also available on our website, along with pictures of the dior cinema sofa in a harder fabric showing the piping.
The piping clearly wouldn’t be present on the outer frame, however as mentioned to you, it vital to ensure the finish on the cushions was correct and to of a high standard.
You sent us an email yesterday at 4.30 pm, 3 hours after delivery and the conversation you had with our delivery drivers confirming you were more than happy with the sofa.
We did respond to you within 10 minutes of that email being received, confirming a refund of £65 was sent and giving you the option to return the sofa for a full refund, as of yet you have not responded to us.
In terms of your comments regarding take caution to ensure you get what you ordered, we are sorry you feel that way and in our defence we are unable to upload your delivery pictures of your sofa over trust pilot but we will upload them on our social media pages for future customers to see, as you received a cinema sofa completely to the spec described and shown, we note a slight difference in shading, however again this is also noted on our website with specialist fabrics that are not stocked directly by us, if ordering in leather their may always be a slight shading difference , this is actually standard for the fabric chosen and you are welcome to check this with other bespoke furniture companies.
To be clear if fabric comes off a separate roll to the sample the shading may be slightly different.
Once again we really do apologise if you are unhappy with your purchase and considering you paid £2900 for a sofa, then we are surprised you would not want to return it or reply to the email we have sent you in order to rectify any issues you may have. We wouldn’t want any customer to feel unhappy with any purchase they have made with us after spending such a huge amount.
If you do change your mind and wish for us to collect the sofa then we will be more than happy to arrange within the week for you and provide a full refund, unfortunately we are unable to provide any further discounts you have requested above as the sofa has already had a 10% discount applied.
Please do reply to us via email if you have any further concerns or wish for us to arrange collection, we will be more than happy to assist you.
This company is amazing!
This company is amazing!! From start to finish Emma and Lauren were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble I couldn’t decide on a colour so they sent samples as well and recommendations from their experience, they kept me updated throughout and when it was fitted it seemed slightly too big for my room for my drawers to fit, again this was no problem they took the frame back made it smaller to my measurements and came and refitted it without any extra charge even though this was no fault of theirs! The customer service from Emma and Lauren is truly outstanding, I mean the bed is amazing but nothing compared to the experience received from these 2 amazing ladies ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a Copenhagen modular boucle sofa approximately 3 months ago. Unfortunately my experience with whoever is replying to their what’s app messages has been really bad as the person was extremely rude. I paid for the sofa through a third party finance option so when I completed my order I received an email from the finance company. When I asked to receive an Email confirmation of my order from HOB as well with a tracking number etc (as any professional company would do) I was told that it would be better to cancel my order as I was “pressuring them” and they were too busy anyway. The only reason I didn’t cancel the order was because I had already paid my first instalment and I was worried I wouldn’t get a refund from the finance company. Nearer to the time for my delivery I called to get an update where they couldn’t even find my order number and I was asked to confirm my sofa’ s fabric as it wasn’t clear in the system that I had actually chosen a fabric (which is not possible as the order cannot be completed if you don’t choose this option) showing they weren’t even aware of my choices at that stage. The sofa is aesthetically nice and the delivery guys were really helpful but there is an issue with the alignment of the feet. When I reported that they told me that they will arrange someone to come out and put the foot back in place for me! Two months have passed since this message, nothing has been arranged and my follow up message was ignored. The furniture are nice but the communication and professionalism of this company is unfortunately really poor for luxurious and high cost furniture.

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear you’re not happy with the service provided. Upon checking your order we noticed you paid via a payment plan. We also note that you called consecutively for 5 days requesting a delivery date in which you had been told prior to ordering of our lead times and that we wouldn’t be able to give you an exact delivery date until your bespoke made to order sofa was ready.
Our colleague on the 5th day made you aware that it is a extremely busy period for us and that we couldn’t continue to provide the same information to you each day and that if you had concerns over your order then we would be happy to cancel the order rather than you be in distress over a delivery date, we also reassured you that if you wish to continue with the order that as soon as your order was completed and ready for delivery we would notify you and arrange the delivery within 7 days, which we did do and your sofa was completed within the 5 week time frame given for production.
Unfortunately We would completely have to disagree with your comments regarding us not not knowing your order number, we would request that from you on any call and confirmation of your name and address details aswell as asking you to confirm details or yours order including fabric and colour to be sure that when you have placed the order online that all the correct information has come through to us and this is done to avoid any mistakes being made with production.
The last thing we would want is that something had not been checked back with you and your new sofa to arrive wrong.
With regards to the alignment of the silver feet, we accept that the foot was out be 0.5 cm on one part of the sofa, we confirmed we would send out a fitter and from speaking with our fitting team they had emailed you without response, also notified you that if you loosened the screw to the silver foot that it would align perfectly, as these feet are also removable, it would literally take no longer than 30 seconds we believe this very slight alignment issue has occurred in transport as the pictures taken and videos taken prior to delivery show the feet completely aligned.
However if you do still require one of our team out to do this for you then please could you reply to the email sent to you or feel free to give our team s call.
Once again we really do apologise that you are not happy with the customer service you received

We were sceptical due to previous scammers but after having various conversations with the team over the phone and given reassurance of photos and videos we are so glad we made the decision to place an order. I recently purchased the Royal Dubai tv…
I recently purchased the Royal Dubai tv bed and Zara cinema sofa from HOB furniture.
The design team helped me customise the bed and sofa to suit the vision I had. I had a few size alterations needed to accomodate my house for access reasons and they were very helpful.
I chose the gunmetal marble fabric for the sofa and it is accented by a white piping trim on the Zara. My guests have been very complimentary and it is always a conversation starter as it’s so beautifully crafted.
The metal frame on the bed is gold and I chose a light cream velvet fabric for the upholstery. They have done a marvellous job on both pieces and I am over the moon.
The customer care team even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was up to standard, which I appreciated. They really value their customers and you can see this through the entire experience. I would recommend HOB furniture to everyone.

The sofa actually was too big , but the company came and took it back , mended it so it was in separate pieces so I could fit it up into a small staircase in the loft.

You’re a one woman band and your name is Emma Kitchen. You’ve claimed in your response to another review here that you have nothing to do with House of Bling, a company which you actually recently wound down with basically no assets according to companies house.
You’ve also failed to realise that your website still shows as house of bling in various places online, and even your company answer phone (which I’ve heard multiple times today) says welcome to ‘house of bling’.
I will be filing a DMCA and writing to trading standards. I would suggest you respond to my attempts at communication with you and we can comfortably find an amicable solution to this.

The company are scam artists and go by the names of HOB/House of bling.

You have made absolutely no purchase with HOB Furniture
You made a purchase with a completely separate company and domain back in august 2023, which has absolutely nothing to do with HOB Furniture
Your bed was more then fit for purpose, but you couldn’t get it up the stairs which was your fault and not ours
You were given options of a cut down service but refused to pay the invoice after confirming you would be paying it
You then attempted too falsely chargeback through your bank however what you didn’t realise was we record all evidence which we submitted to the bank and you lost the chargeback as we could prove
Your bed was completely correct and made too of a very high standard all measurements and the split of headboard we did for you was correct.
We gave you many options and went above and beyond to try and help you, however you was non compliant and gave false and inaccurate information to your bank.
You then later attempted to submit a county court judgment which again you will lose when all evidence is submitted. As a retailer we always attempt to help customers out when they have an issue with getting a product into the property. However depending on the necessary work required then charges do occur, all of this info can be found on the website you purchased from and at the time terms and conditions were sent to you, however unfortunately if you are not willing to pay these and then put false claims in to your bank this will always result in you loosing the chargeback.
The amount you have paid in attempts to take our other company to court, would have been less than the cut down service you were offered,

I highly recommend Hob Furniture from the choice of products to the service they offer.
I ordered a new 7ft emperor size bed and the quality and build is exceptional.
HF offer various materials in many different colours to choose from for any bespoke beds.
The whole experience from start to finish is 5 star and the delivery service is refreshingly top notch, very professional and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

We love our bed !
We ordered fabric samples which came swiftly. This allowed us to see the fabric in our room and match it to our curtains. Communication was very helpful and we ended up ordering the Washington metal bed. It is an amazing build quality and meticulously upholstered in our chosen fabric. Completely bespoke and made to our requirements. We loved this aspect and the delivery team were very accommodating. Amazing experience and would highly recommend

I am glad I stumbled upon HOB. I was looking to purchase this bed on a different website but the price is higher than HOB. Delivery was faster than I expected and am stunned by the quality, the bed looks so beautiful in the pack even though it's not fixed yet. Happy girl!
