I ordered a double bed including mattress, with some matching decoration. I got updated on each step and 100% recommend to everyone.

I order the sofa it very good quality and delivered on time and customer service is the best I will recommend my family and friends

I have previously purchased a couple of pieces furniture from HOB last year and I returned for a new U shape sofa, they offered a completely bespoke design and have been so helpful, like they were before.

Received my sofas on Thursday, same driver as before which was lovely he was great last time and as good this time.

Great service as usual and we love the new u shape sofa in our living room/ dining space

This Company‘s customer service is absolutely terrible. I would avoid them and look anywhere else. They are rude and un helpful and bad mannered. You would think a company would bend over backwards if you’re spending £2000 plus on a sofa. AVOID !!!

From the first point of contact HOB assisted me with colours, fabrics, made to measure details & everything inbetween. The could not have helped me anymore. They kept in touch with me whilst my sofa was being made & answered the MANY questions I had for them!
The delivery was great, the man was so so nice, he brought the sofa inside for us & also assembled it, he even took all the packaging away!!
We love our new sofa and would highly recommend HOB. We will definitely be returning customers!

Incredible service from the team at HOB furniture. Emma was so helpful with aiding us making the correct decision for our home and helped us with measuring correctly, my sofa is 5 star quality and so was the service. They managed to get the sofa made within 2 weeks to me! You simply wouldn’t get that in any high street shop. Thank You so much. I am over the moon with everything.

Purchase made in November, no item by February. No tracking, no contact. Avoiding WhatsApp and email. Phone line doesn’t pickup. Won’t refund. Claimed to have paid a refund and it didn’t turn up in 15 days. SCAM AND REPORTED TO ACTIONFRAUD!!!

I recently purchased a new bed and bedroom furniture from this company, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the entire experience. The quality of the furniture is absolutely fabulous — beautifully made, sturdy, and exactly what I was hoping for. The bed is incredibly comfortable and has completely transformed my bedroom.

The delivery service was just as impressive. It was prompt, efficient, and handled with great care, making the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I really wanted to ignore the small amount of bad reviews this company had , but they were right ! Sofa arrived eventually after myself contacting them regards to progress.
I politely asked if it could be delivered on a certain day due to starting a new job.
This is where I started to get rude, abhorrent replies , saying they will charge storage and they aren’t a storage unit and read the terms ( which i did and it states will do their best to accomadate ! That’s a joke ) and delivery states mon-sat .
I was constantly fobbed off with them saying we will check with couriers . a day was set and lo and behold it didn’t turn up . so I did a charge back after numerous rude messages saying that politeness will get me further and I’m not their only customer and we log everything when we have customers like you !! at one point then said ok we will put your order on hold and deal with the bank. Then they said couriers will deliver and your priority ! it was like some kind of ridiculous joke! I even made a comment about the bad reviews and got LOL back !!
I had never been rude until they started to mess me about and then I was a little curt .
I tried to call 6 times and no one answered .
The messages were shocking and clearly from different people , as I would get one polite one and then rude shocking ones ! I was gobsmacked ! They are a disgusting company to deal with and the sofa isn’t great or bespoke !! PLEASE AVOID ! I never complain but these people are horrible !
