The HMV were brilliant and very well organised. A shout out to the man on the stirs to the entrance of going to the bookshop for sorting the colour on my phone. It was wonderful to see and talk to Michael Ball in what was quite an intimate setting.

The record signing was really good and the staff were really good and greatly organised

Security for the event with Kacey Musgraves was very rude, atmosphere was sh*t to be honest. So rushed, spent 12 seconds with Kacey, no photos, ok. But for an album that was not even out yet, asking for at least one single minute with the artist, it is not at all too much to ask. Release less tickets next time. The staff was treating us like they were doing us a huge favour, but the experience was paid for? No reason at all for this to be as awkward and tense of an experience as it was.

What made my experience great, was the speed and efficiency of the team member responsible for handling my order. He welcomed me with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him about a pick up, he asked me for an ID to confirm, and went to pick up my Vinyl. It was speedy, professional and encouraging to visit the store again.

Absolutely amazing the seller i forgot her name but she was a young black woman absolute 10/10 display of professionalism and she has convinced me to come back again to purchase more products

Quick and mo hassle

Bought tickets for an in store Q and A for Tori Amos HMV Oxford St London. HMV did not put any chairs out so everyone initially sat on the floor but when Tori came out everyone stood and as she was sitting on a very low stage, no one other than the front row, and maybe those on the second row if they strained to get a view through the gaps between people, could see. For everyone else we were just stood looking at people's backs for 45 minutes. Not well organised at all, could've been such a great event.

Angelina in the Oxford Street London store was so very helpful and kind. She ordered the album we wanted and explained we would be refunded if the album didn’t arrive before we left London. She provided us outstanding customer service.
