I went to the checkout straight away…
I went to the checkout straight away because I did didn’t know where to go, I was told that portable cd players were coming back, they ordered exactly what I wanted and it was in the shop on the day they said it would be.

The helpfulness of the first assistant, Glenda, searching and locating one request. Also combining four gift cards into one enabling me to purchase my first request.
