Bought some dvds but some of the series were missing . The assistant checked the stock and then ordered the ones needed . They came within 2 days . Excellent service .

Simply the best
The staff member that served us at the till on Sunday afternoon . Very nice man I didnt catch is name very helpful and spoke very highly of the company .my daughter would like to come one day work for you !! Thank you we found what we was looking for with ease . Superb selection of Artists vinyls and kpop in stock.

Friendly, welcoming & very efficient
Looking for particular non-mainstream recordings the folks at the Northampton store found what I was looking for and, as one was orchestral, made sure I could see the options for the soloist and conductor.

Amazing service from HMV
Amazing service from HMV & I have given the cd to a friend to listen to as she's not had the chance to see the film. Last time I gave her part 1 cd and it felt right she has part 2.

Pre-ordered a blu ray dvd
Pre-ordered a blu ray dvd, release date was 22nd of December, wasn't sure if it would be delivered on time as it was 3 days before Christmas but it dropped through the letterbox early on the 22nd so HMV had sent it early to make sure it arrived on the release day 😀

I use HMV regularly I Went into the…
I use HMV regularly I Went into the Northampton store on 27th to buy the Beatles anthology box set that the web site said it was in stock I asked a member of staff who looked quite fed up that I had asked him and he said it was sold on Christmas Eve I asked if he could get one in he was very abrupt and said it will take a week or so. I said can you check online and get a date when he VERY rudely and with lots of attitude said I told you already a week so I told him thanks for the attitude I will go somewhere else and get it £309 lost this time and countless other purchases that HMV will no longer get because of terrible customer service if he dislikes he’s job so much why work there

A great feeling of homeliness
one of the staff members izzy was really helpful when I first entered the store, giving me a smile and making me feel at home in the store, its very hard to find things but she made it very easy to find the Andre Rieu CD
