Managed to provide an item that was out…
Managed to provide an item that was out of stock at the supplier, in nice new sealed condition (I do not buy 4k discs in your stores directly, as you unseal them and store discs behind counter, so everything looks and feels second hand /scarmy on the shelf from handling/ware), I was concerned that you would do the same with click and collect items but took a gamble and was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely use this service again!

Went into HMV Hull today
Went into HMV Hull today. Researched the Blu Rays beforehand and had a list of what I thought were good deals - however when I located several of the Blu Rays I wanted to buy, the price tags showed prices much more expensive than those on the internet. I asked an assistant who advised me that the films should be at the price as shown on the internet and adviced me to go to the check out counter and query it with the staff there. Their response was that the higher price as shown in the store applied and not the price as shown on the internet, I left the store without making a purchase and will not be going back again - Amazon for me from now on. I wonder if the staff in Hull are being honest with its customers and HMV!

A great service as always
With a name such as hmv, you know your going to get good service,and my recent purchase is testament to this.

Quality Vinyl
HMV 2nd to none for vinyl years of business says it all, bought vinyl from here as a kid still buy vinyl as an adult, always packed well and pretty much top quality pressings so will always buy from here.
