hmv (UK) - Dunfermline Anmeldelser 

It doesn't matter which member of staff serves me in the Dunfermline HMV. They all know the product they are selling,also help in anyway to source the item im looking for, release dates etc. It's a pleasure shopping instore. Thanks to all the staff....

Found what i was looking for straight away. Thought i would have to pay for delivery but i didnt. So im very happy and would highly recommend HMV to everyone.

I bought albums for fathers day on line. Found the site easy to use and you get the same offers as you do in store. I don't live near a HMV so it wad easier to get them delivered to a store.near my daughters. On line was easy to use. It was delivered when they said it would be and the collection was straight forward. The staff were very helpful

The guy I spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He organised my delivery quickly and explained the process.

Music CD was not available in store. Very helpful member of staff sourced and ordered what I wanted, no problem. picked them up 2 days later.

It was my first time using HMV Dunfermline.
I was desperate to get the right album for my granddaughter, Jeff Buckley is not someone I've heard of. The Dunfermline branch were right on the ball identify the album and shipped it immediately. I don't celebrate Christmas. We have a family day instead and my granddaughter's family present arrived bang on time. I'm not the best technology but I can get by but using your technology was easy understood and simple to use.

Delivered before Christmas promptly after ordering online. Had to return 1 vinyl to the store as I ordered a duplicate in error online. I returned in January to store to exchange and no issues with process. Seamless service. 10/10.

Effortless to order item. Got exactly what I wanted and was given regular communication as to where my parcel was. Pick up was no bother and staff were extremely courteous.

The item I ordered was not in stock at the time I placed the order. The item was dispatched as soon as it was in stock and arrived in time for when I needed it (before Christmas) with fast delivery.

First time I have ordered from HMV, received an email telling me my pre ordered purchase had been dispatched to the store on 3rd of Dec phoned the Dunfermline branch 10th Dec advised by the employee that Royal Mail is really busy but I should have it before Christmas. I placed orders with other stores 3 days ago that have been delivered by Royal Mail already!! No offer of I'll enquire about it just they'll send me an email when they have it. I will not order from HMV again, this is part of a Christmas gift and I have no idea if it will arrive on time. Just not good enough 😕

Ordered DVD on 17 Nov for delivery to local Dunfermline store. Called in on 27th to pick up but DVD hadn’t arrived. As I was showing it to friends the following day I had to order through Amazon. It arrived less than 24 hours later. Chap at store said he could not refund me as it had to be processed through HO. All in all a very poor experience.

Easy to order online and assistant very helpful in the store ewhen I picked up my order. Excellent service all round
