Excellence service. Wonderful staff
I visited this store today with my son who bought a K-pop album, as we were leaving I was just intrigued and asked what the difference is between the vault and the regular HMV, a very nice staff member called Nathan explained to me how it was a kind of a mothership store and that they hold events there and have signings. He told me Jeff goldblum was there in June. I said I was absolutely gutted because I love Jeff goldblum and would have 100% gone to meet him, he then gave me a signed photo from behind the till which I will frame as soon as the shop's open tomorrow, such a nice thing to do,Such a kind young man. He's really made my day, I will definitely be visiting again !

The store is in a great location, easily accessible. The staff in store were great when we spoke with them and had questions. Would definitely come to an event here again.
