I had initial frustrations with paying for expedited shipping and it not shipping on time. The company explained to me why it was the case, helped move things along and were very polite in handling that discussion.

Fast shipping, and it was even better in person when i got my order, plus i got a huge discount..been shopping with them since 2017 , definitely will be back soon.

I highly caution anyone who wants to do business with this company to rethink it.
I had to return a purchase and it took about two weeks before the item was picked up from the post office because their mail goes to a P.O.Box. It then took another week and a half for them to process the return. When I called to find out the status of processing this unusually long return, I received NO customer service at all. No one answers the phone and my email was respond to a week later.
Once my return was processed, I was given a store credit. I placed another order that arrived quickly but it wasn’t what I purchased. This experience has been horrible. I caution anyone thinking of doing business with this company.
Don’t do it unless you want to be disappointment. You’ve been warned.
