I ordered a necklace from you guys on March 21. I have not received my order. It has been sitting at the same location for 13 days. This is the tracking number 9400111106150852291455. This is my order number HHB#279755. I've reached out to you by email and your chat several times about this matter. No one has responded. I've ordered from you before plenty of times and never had this problem. I have tried calling and the number is invalid. I need some one to reach out to me ASAP about this matter. Thank you.

I submitted a return request on 12/9/24. As of this writing, 12/23/24, I still have not received the return shipping label to send the item back, which is way too big for my wrist. The description of the item did not give a size so whoever writes the description for their items does not include pertinent information. I am now stuck with a bracelet that I can't wear because it falls off my wrist.

There trash the fake jewelry arrive broken there a complete rip off do not buy.

I have ordered with them for years and made another order back in april on the 16th and its now july and despite reaching customer support and them saying it should arrive in two weeks back in may, i still havent received my 200 dollar order... I hope this reveiw gets the companies attention and they remedy my issue :) (order number is 27381)

Sent watch back timely and I cannot contact a customer service rep and they don't answer email. Watch was 875.00 and I want my refund. I'm pissed!!
