Delivery was fine and very quick but…
Delivery was fine and very quick but came by courier when it could have come by the post, no need to deliver urgently when it's not urgent, that's not good for the planet. The product could also be provided in a more sustainable bag than the thick non recyclable plastic bag.

Hi, your order was a total of 10kg. We can only send via normal Royal Mail up to 2kg in weight. We use DHL Parcel UK for all orders 2kg and over, and the service speed is the only one they offer, so it is the same for every order over 2kg. Our delivery speeds/information can be viewed on our website FAQ's and T&C's

My 5kg bag arrived swiftly via DHL, But...
My 5kg bag arrived swiftly via DHL. Up until this point I was happy. The soft bag of salt wasn’t sent in a box and sadly the soft plastic bag it was sent in had split. There was also a split in the bag of salt and almost 1kg of salt had been lost. While this isn’t a direct problem with the company, it does say that the packaging wasn’t sufficient. I paid for 5kg of salt and actually received 4kg.
