Really good customer service from Sam Ashford ( account manager ) in helping me find insurance for an older property in North Wales which has a separate holiday let with a thatch roof . He was patient, courteous and thorough, and I felt he was genuinely looking for ways to help me rather than putting obstacles in the way which had been my experience when contacting all other insurers. After no small effort on his behalf a competitive quote was found which covers requirements. A very good customer experience which I am happy to recommend to others. Thankyou.

Contacted Liam Hunt at Highworth Insurance for specialist cover on a second watch after a leading company in the market couldn’t provide a quote (due to already owning a different model) from the same manufacturer. Liam was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of my problem. He provided a solution at an extremely competitive price and explained clearly the endorsements given .
