It was my first experience of Hidden Hearing for wax removal. Siobham has a gold star from me for a thorough friendly efficient service. I have worn hearing aids for at least 30 years so have experience of many audiology departments and this is top of my list. I would definitely recommend them.

Provide a report
It is disappointing that although the examination is very thorough, the client/patient is not routinely provided with a report of the examination. The data is retained on the Hidden Hearing system, but it is about me, and I would like to have a copy.

The attention a gentleman called Axcel gave to detail & his patience and friendlness thoughout the time taken for the examination.

Personal appreciation of dedicated expertise
Personal, comprehensive and detailed consultation given by a Practitioner who appeared very passionate about his knowledge. He instilled confidence in me,and a desire to attend regular follow-ups.
Incompetence
Unimpressive test. (A week later I went to Specsavers, and the audiologist looked in my ears and said I needed to have wax removal - not necessarily at Specsavers - before a worthwhile test could be carried out. No mention of wax at Hidden Hearing.) Non-specific description of my hearing loss. No follow-up phone call. To top it all - no sign of promised M&S voucher.
