Sam the audiologist was exacting in all details of the audience, testing and comparing results with previous meeting. He did not push a sale when I enquired about a potential upgrade but advised monitoring progress with the existing aids.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was made very welcome. Both the receptionist and Sam, the hearing specialist, were friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful.
Nothing was too much for them. A very relaxing experience.

Efficient and quick check up and installation of new programmes and advice on maintenance. All staff always very polite and friendly.

I received a thorough examination and explanation. Also practically I was able only to travel to St Neots to access the session rather than going into Cambridge.

I took my Mum to hidden hearing twice for micro suction . Mum lives with dementia and Diane and Sam could not have made the process more pleasurable. Diane’s ability to put Mum at ease and reassure her was just what she needed. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you so much

Had an ear cleaning appointment with Diane Dorr. She was great and really friendly. Explained everything very well. The procedure was smooth and I can hear much better now. All done in less than half an hour. Got a complementary hearing test and ear drops too. Thank you so much!

A very professional service

At every appointment I come away feeling that time and care has been taken to arrive at a full assessment. Everyone I've seen in the almost last ten years of being helped by Hidden Hearing (Sam Soar is the third) has been sympathetic and empathetic, as well as attentive. I've always been a little apprehensive at the thought of seeing someone new, but it's turned out well - the excellent standard has been maintained. Hidden Hearing gives a lot of space to listening and that is really reassuring.

Sally is great. She's extremely expert in her field.
She's charming, friendly, yet very professional, with a great sense of humour.
She explains everything in detail and inspires confidence in the product.

Friendly and professional people, offer coffee/tea when you arrive which helps when you have travelled to get there. They explained things and took the time to answer my questions. A very enjoyable experience.

Really great service from Diana who removed some incredibly stubborn wax which had me completely deaf in one ear. Also great service from Anna, the receptionist, who was very friendly. Overall, surprisingly, a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Recently had ear wax removal for the first time at the Cambridge clinic. The procedure was painless and effective, I’m pleased with the results. The practitioner, Diane, was so lovely to talk to and eased any worries I had about the procedure. The receptionist was also very lovely.

One improvement I would suggest, is a the charger have a shorter lead , and provide a male to female extension. Reason
When travelling away for a night or week , you want the charger, but often as with us the socket is behind a unit , you have to move the unit to get to the plug socket!!
Do not want to take the old battery operated ones as they are not as good!!
! Extensions only cost a few quid .
But you would save it on a short lead, and that would fit better in the the travelling
Pouch!!

It was very good service in a nicely setting. The quality of service was great 👍. I had a nice experience with my hearing test.

Fantastic service. I booked a ear clean on both ears and was assigned Diane. She was fantastic, cleaned them both right up and explained what we were seeing in the pictures from the feed camera. Also they give you a vial of Earol oil and conduct a hearing test after.
Diane was very friendly and funny and the Receptionist was fantastic too. Highly recommend (fast booking too). Just remember to not use Sodium Bicarb drops, has to be olive oil due to how the wax reacts.
