Very warm and caring service

All very quick and easy. Enough tweaking to make the difference I needed.

Very professional, knowledgeable and the testing of my hearing was good and extensive.

I was feeling very anxious when I arrived at Hidden Hearing, CAMBRIDGE
as I had suddenly become completely deaf in one ear and had a long journey coming up.

Anna, the Receptionist listened to me carefuly, made a few magic passes on her screen and said Diane, the wax removal specialist would be able to see me immediately as an afternoon appointment had not turned up.

Ten minutes later hearing restored and I danced out of the treatment room.

Thank you so much. Anna and Diane for your expert help when I so needed it.

Expertise, good manners and a sense that there was no pressure to spend out on the latest technology

Very thorough testing which showed slight hearing loss, but probably not enough to go for hearing aids at the moment. I was allowed to put the aids in and found them surprisingly comfortable, definitely something to think about for the future. And no fiddly batteries to worry about!

Excellent attentive service providing valuable advice on the selection of hearing aids.

A great all round experience from arriving to leaving the appointment, a highly experienced and insightful audiologist, thank you!

Adam was his usual helpful self in advise on a few minor problems I had.

I must thank Sam and Anna at the Cambridge branch. Sam is the most knowledgeable and professional audiologist I’ve ever experienced. Anna is so warm and welcoming and again very professional. Both are a credit to Hidden Hearing.

I had a problem of a sudden hearing loss so I visited several hospitals and Audiologists before I take a decision about which solution was good for me.
Sam was the only one that tried to listen to me and my issues while everyone else was telling me what" i have to do".
I was still in a shock because a sudden hearing loss is not easy to digest.
Sam was really good in listening and suggesting a solution to my problem.
I felt i can trust Hidden Hearing .
Thanks Sam.

Always keep you updated on appointments, very professional company. From the reception lady to the hearing specialist.
I would highly recommend this company.

Although the practitioner discovered a build up of wax , he was able to offer an immediate removal , instead of me having to make another appointment for this. Of course this was also lucky for me but I was grateful that he suggested it

Very helpful and clearly explained state of my hearing

Always helpful in response to my questions. Simple and clear explanations of the processes I’m taken through. I never feel rushed. It’s also reassuring to have someone who is getting to know me and the family members who attend with me to assist in the process. Thank you.

Very helpful, very professional, very quick appointment when my battery was failing.

I phoned to ask for help with my hearing aids, and was given an appointment on the same day, and my hearing was checked and the batteries replaced so that the aids now work perfectly again.
Impreeively quick service!

Just wanted to thank Diane at Hidden Hearing in Cambridge for fitting my elderly Mum in at short notice. It was very good of her and she did an excellent job. Thanks to Anna as always for her kindness and help with my Mum. It is much appreciated.

Audiologist was patient and helpful and explained the processes very well. H e could not have been more helpful. Product sampled was excellent but outside my budget.

All testing conducted professionally and results explained simply and conclusions reached sensibly.
Recommendations outlined and examples examined and solution tried.
