Very welcoming place, they make you feel comfortable while waiting in a nice and bright space. Rosie is a great professional, she explains the whole process with details and with a big smile on her face. Lovely experience.

I was apprehensive about my visit. I knew that my hearing had deteriorated and was expecting that hearing aids would be recommended.
Rosie quickly put my mind at rest. The hearing check was comprehensive and the results discussed thoroughly. Wearing the aids for the first time was a revelation!
I have worn them for nearly a week now and the difference in better hearing is immeasurable. I spend much of my week in a busy environment and I’m getting used to using the Oticon Companion app to try the aids in different settings.
A huge bonus has been Rosie’s ability to fine tune my aids to address the initial shrill sound from my acoustic guitar. The Music Programme that was added to my app has restored my enjoyment in the music I play.
The overall post purchase support available is exemplary and you feel secure in knowing that any issue can be addressed.

Iwould recommend Callum to everyone, he was so polite so focused on my husbands hearing, in what is quite, an effort with my husband,he gave the impression that he cared about his work and the people he was testing.

Exemplary treatment by all the staff at your Whiteladies Road Branch. Appointment management and follow up, pre test ear examination by Abbie and then a very comprehensive hearing test and advice by Rosie. I was accompanied by my partner (as requested) which was useful - allowing some specific tests to discern specific voices. My partner has previously had poor experience taking her mother to a well known high street chain for sight and sound. Care and attention to detail could not have been more different. Highly recommended.

I had a hearing test today and wanted to share how positive the experience was. Rosie who carried out the test was extremely professional, kind, and very thorough. She took the time to explain each part of the process clearly and made sure everything was checked properly, which really reassured me. She also had such good energy and a great sense of humour, which helped put me at ease and made the appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I genuinely felt listened to and well cared for.
