Dear Jay,

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize again for the lack of clear communication regarding your package.

We have reviewed the tracking information for your order . The shipment is currently in transit and was last scanned on May 9, 2026, at the carrier facility in Kenosha. It has moved through several locations since leaving our warehouse on May 6.

While the package appears to be moving through the carrier's network, we understand that it has not yet arrived and that our previous responses were not helpful to you. That is unacceptable, and we are committed to making this right.

Here is what we will do for you immediately:

We have opened a trace with the carrier to determine the expected delivery date.

We will ship you a replacement order at no cost via expedited shipping in case the last package missing.

A senior customer service representative will contact you directly via email within 24 hours with the trace results and a clear plan.

Please reply to that email with your preference should the package be delayed further. We truly appreciate your business and your understanding.

Again, we apologize for the frustration this has caused.

Regarding your question about dimming: For our dimmable hexagon lights, no separate dimmer is needed. You can dim them directly using your existing power switch—simply toggle the switch to cycle through 100% brightness, 60% brightness, 30% brightness, and off. It's that easy!
