Some reviews on this platform are reactive because of negative but honest feedback. What a shame Hettiesholidays couldn’t be more constructive in the way they deal with the customer concerns and experiences!! Great concept just badly executed by chloe

I would be careful which host you get on these trips as my experience sadly does not match that of those now recorded. Which to note has had to be created as the owner was only allowing reviews on Facebook so she could control the narrative.
The trip to Mykonos which was one of their most expensive, did not live up to the luxury promised. The host Chloe was disorganised, didn’t book reservations she was supposed to or even worse those she did she got the time wrong and we missed it. She refused to share the daily plans which doesn’t match the narrative of “stress free we take care of everything”. Her behaviour was disruptive to the group who all got on and had such a lovely time together. Chloe however reported back to Hettie a different picture and resulted in me being excluded from another trip. Appalling behaviour from both of them which what was a fun trip was spoiled by their dishonest behaviour. Including Chloe being paralytic drunk and refusing entry to the Villa. Was so drunk she slept in for the boat trip and we had to wake her up. Just poor attitudes and very unprofessional. Then refused to share daily plans and on the last day three of us had to pay extra for a transfer to the airport as a result.
I was most shocked at the dishonesty from the company after reporting these concerns I was told “everyone” complained about me, so I transparently shared the msg in the group what’s app and said I was completely unaware and if I had I deeply apologised. Immediately one girl msg back and said it was not true and as soon as that msg came through the owner (who wasn’t even on the trip) blocked me from the group so I couldn’t see the replies as it would have exposed her lies. I really do not understand why it turned so nasty as a result of legitimate feedback. Which could have been easily fixed. It was sad as the group were amazing and we all had a lovely time and made our own plans as 11 of the 12 did not want to go on the pirate ship Chloe booked for the boat trip, which on a luxury holiday we had expected something a bit better. However, behaviour of both of them was Very childish and unprofessional.

Honestly, I had the most unreal time! A group of 19 likeminded girlies partying away in Ibiza for 24 hours, living our best life, making life long memories with no judgement what so ever.

Hettie is also the kindest, most loveliest person, she always made sure everyone was having a great time and that no one was left out.

I’ve truly made friends for life and we’re already planning what to do next.

I only have positive things to say about Hetties holidays. Had the best trip with hettie to Ibiza in July. She is the perfect host - organised, fun, welcoming. What she does - bringing girls together and giving people the opportunity to live their best lives and try different experiences- is amazing, so many happy memories made. No regrets and would book again!

Couldn’t recommend Hettie enough!! Booked last minute tickets to a Chelsea match and the process was seamless and efficient. Tickets were sent over so quickly and seats were amazing. Thank you again Hettie! 🧡💫

I did 24hrs Ibiza with hettiesholidays and it was insane!! Best company and amazing vibes from the start 19 girls put together for one reason only to enjoy life and go have an amazing time!

I booked on a last minute trip to Tuscany and have never done a solo trip before, but had the week off and thought I'd take the plunge. I cannot tell you how glad I am that I booked it. It was a life changing experience and I'm so grateful that I had the chance to meet the most amazing and supportive women!!

From start to finish we were extremely well taken care of by Hettie and it was so clear how passionate she is about her business and how much she actually cares about like minded women getting together and living their best lives. All we had to do was book and pay, and everything else was taken care of - the flights, checking in, the accommodation (which was gorgeous), the pasta making course (with unlimited wine) and the wine safari with vineyard tours and wine tasting.

It boosted my confidence and self esteem going away with 6 strangers, but most importantly it was the best thing for my mental health! These trips are so good for the soul and I cannot stop talking about it over 2 weeks on. I have recommended Hettie's Holidays to absolutely anyone who will listen to me and have already booked my next one!

I went on the 24th-25th August 24 hours in Ibiza trip and had to most amazing time. Hettie made everything super easy and stress free. It was a dream trip and something I’ve wanted to do for years. From being strangers at the airport to friends I plan on seeing again, Hettie has created such a wonderful community for women of all ages and backgrounds. I will 100% be booking another solo trip again.

From start to finish, it was a brilliant experience and such a fun way to spend a day with a genuinely lovely group of women. Chloe hosted us wonderfully and made everyone feel welcome, and there was such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere within the group.

Venice happens to be one of my favourite places in the world, so having the opportunity to experience it as a day trip made it feel like a real little adventure.

Yes, it’s a long day and you definitely know you’ve done it by the time you get home 😂, but the travel and logistics all worked really well and it was absolutely worth it.

Lots of laughs, lovely company, beautiful Venice and some very happy memories made. Thank you Hettie and Chloe for a fabulous day — I’m so glad I came along. ❤️🇮🇹

I have looked at the above reviews and just had to say something because it is utter ridiculous!!
I have been on 7 trips with Hetties Holidays this year and I have not had one bad experiance!!
Day trips, one night stay and a 4 night stay. I have met some amazing friends and can honestly say Santorini was the best trip iv ever been on! Chloe organised everything. Our boarding passes sent to us, group chat started ahead of the trip so we could all get to know each other. The group chat was also used to let us talk about what we wanted to do on the trip. Some of us sent places we have seen and wanted to try out and we decided as a group what we wanted to do and then chloe booked it all! we didnt have to worry about a thing! I have met over 100 girls on these trips and every one comes with the same energy. you come to make friends, have fun and experiance life! You get out what you put in. I really can not see how Chloe would make anyone feel uncomfortable. I was so so nervous before going santorini and Chloe made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. she was always checking in on me and making sure I was ok.
As for the bed situation...Hettie makes it extremly clear you share. its a girls trip!! you can sometime pay extra to have your own room...but why would you. your there to make friends and be apart of the group.
I personaly love the way the buisness is run. I would hate if we had someone hosting that has a clip board and whistle and is a kill joy. Chloe, Hettie and Tash litterally bring the vibes and are so much fun. They are litterally like a big sister. fun, organised and a listening ear.

I recently went on a group trip with a group of girls I had never met before — we actually met for the first time at the airport! ✈️💕
From start to finish, Natasha was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so welcome from the moment we met and went above and beyond to make sure I celebrated my birthday in style. 🎂✨ And, to top it all off, we even ended up on GB News! 😂📺
I also loved how accommodating they were when booking flights, especially being able to arrange your departure from the airport closest to you.
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can’t wait to book my next trip! And the best part? I came away having met three other amazing ladies who I’m so glad to have crossed paths with. 💕✈️

What an amazing trip I had

I booked with hetties holidays as a first “solo” holiday on my own . And my god did I truly have the best time. Our age range within the group was 18-60 and it was the most amazing time and so many people from all over met and genuinely had a blast . It really was like a girls holiday with new friends you didn’t have before. I am still in contact with a few girls I went away with and hopefully plans will blossom with them.

If your thinking of doing it, just do it! Our host Chloe was just amazing , she’s so funny and understanding and there was no pressure of anybody having to do anything they didn’t fancy or if it wasn’t there thing that was ok. She was just one of us except planned absolutely everything for us🤣 I will definitely be back on another trip with hetties holidays thankyou guys for giving me this experience and memories for life

My experience with Hettie’s Holidays has been genuinely life-changing. I have been fortunate enough to go on several trips with them and each one has played such a special part in my own healing journey. What Hettie’s Holidays offers goes far beyond simply organising a holiday. They create a safe, welcoming and uplifting environment where women can step away from everyday pressures, rediscover themselves, build confidence, form genuine friendships and make memories that stay with them long after the trip is over. Natasha is warm, approachable and incredibly professional. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about the women who travel with Hettie’s. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Whenever I have contacted them with questions about flights, arrangements or anything I have been unsure or anxious about, they have always gone the extra mile to answer my queries, reassure me and make sure everything is taken care of. That level of personal attention makes such a difference. For me personally, these trips have become part of something much bigger than travelling. They have helped me grow, heal, laugh again, step outside my comfort zone and experience a sense of freedom and confidence that I didn't realise I needed. There is something incredibly powerful about seeing women encourage, support and empower one another. I always recommend Hettie’s holidays to my freinds and families.

i went to Barcelona for my first ever trip back in May i was so nervous and scared and was texting Hettie and Natasha all the time saying how worried i was and they made me feel at ease. When i arrived at the airport i was made to feel welcome,
nothing but lovely conversations. We then jumped on the plans and had the best day from going shopping, sight seeing and to have lovely drinks and just u forgettable memories

Marbella weekend was my second trip with Hettie’s Holidays and i will absolutely be back for more! It was genuinely once in a lifetime!!! everything she says about making friends for life and getting the girls trip youve wanted out the group chat is 100% true - it was the most amazing weekend full of laughs and memories with the perfect itinerary and such likeminded girls, i wish we never had to leave!! Everything was perfectly planned to a tee, and i felt so at ease the whole weekend thanks to Hettie’s planning. she’s a fantastic host and it’s clear she knows her stuff! 100% will be doing another, thank you hettie! 💓

An unforgettable day in Venice!

What an incredible day trip to Venice with Hettie’s Holidays. From start to finish, the organisation was absolutely fabulous. Everything was taken care of, which meant we could simply relax, enjoy ourselves and soak up every moment without having to worry about a thing.

Chloe was the most amazing host, keeping an eye on all the little details, making sure everyone was looked after and, of course, being great fun to spend the day with!

She even went the extra mile to help make my daughter’s birthday extra special, arranging banners and helping with a surprise birthday celebration. Somehow, we ended up with an entire Venetian bar, complete with their orchestra, singing Happy Birthday to her!

Thank you Hettie’s Holidays and Chloe for making it such a special experience. We absolutely loved it!

Hettie’s rep Chloe was bragging that no one could leave a bad review as they only have Facebook and so just block anyone who complains so I am pleased this has been set up to enable real feedback.

Chloe turned up late to the airport and didn’t meet the group, we ended up doing our own thing so didn’t get us off on the right foot. After that it was clear she was unorganised and had a bad attitude if anyone asked her about the plans. We booked an expensive trip but the host acted as if it was an 18-30’s holiday. All beds were doubles so you had to share with someone you didn’t know.

The boat trip day the rep slept in and a guest had to wake her up and she was then hungover all day.

Didn’t organise the trips she was meant to. Caused an atmosphere with one woman for no reason. It was giving mean girls vibes and then Hettie also joined in. None of it was a good look for the company.

I was asked for feedback but I have another trip booked so felt I had to say everything was fine. I am hoping with a different group it will be ok.
