Great service, great team, but the cars are not (at least the one I have received) up to the highest standards. The location on the airport is extremely convenient and easy to access.

I’m very much disappointed with the rental car that I received. The wiper blades were making a lot of noise and I had to use them the entire time as it was raining. I am a president circle member and do not expect this kind of service from Hertz.

Booking online was efficient, finding the car was tough
Booking online was efficient. Finding the Hertz check in desk in the parking garage was ok. Finding the car was difficult. Areas/spaces are not marked clearly. Eventually, after wandering around for a while, I found someone to help.

I dislike the location in the bottom…
I dislike the location in the bottom garage feels like a dungeon and it’s very hard to navigate with luggage as 1 person. Encountered a line at gold with a couple people with issues taking at least 15 min. I did not like the Kia I was given and the generic car was hard to figure out the basics! Upon return as I dropped the keys several hours early and was charged another day after being checked in at a much later time (my flight was long gone). Did catch it on my receipt and it was fixed after a few chats and call! Ugghh not what I hoped for

Great Customer Service
Initially I was disappointed there was no President’s Circle to pick my own car, but one of the employees helped me out and we got a vehicle perfect for our needs. THANK YOU!!!!

Had a great interaction with an agent…
Had a great interaction with an agent picking up my rental and the car was very nice. The drop off was a little weird, the agent behind the counter just ask “are you dropping off? Everything good with it, full tank?” And took the keys and done. Agent was friendly enough and I did eventually get a receipt but freaked me out a little.

Great experience! Greater immediately and was off to my car within a minute or so. This one of the main reasons why I continue to rent with Hertz.
