Quick shuttle, easy to choose car and leave quickly, car was well maintained and return was just as fast. Praise them for having shuttles quickly!

Excellent service and helpfulness. Only concern is toll. I was told if I put in registration I could pay my toll as per my usage. But when I went to do it the vehicle registration say I can not pay toll. As I only had toll on going to Tulsa and back again it seem that the cost to pay the fee you requested is not in line with there and back toll usage. That is the only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of 5

Only a few cars available for gold members category, but everything was seemless and nice Hertz workers at the rental lot

You need to have people there to help a customer. When they come pick up a car, not every person is familiar with. Find your own car at their assigned space. There are people who do not do this on a regular basis. Custom service needs to be more focused on the customer stating in front of them and having a conversation. Among themselves, my booking was easy. The presentation was robbed in Oklahoma it lacked luster.

Picking up and returning the car was very easy, Car was clean. However, I take issue with the fact that when I filled the gas tank before returning it, I noticed that I had been given a car short of full tank by 60 miles worth of fuel. I was left distrusting your process for the next time I rent a car from Hertz.

I was instructed to pick up my car at the gold counter, but found it was closed and a sign indicated I would need to go inside to the rental counter. So I did and there was a very long line, with one lady serving renters. We stood in that line for 40 minutes.

I already did when I received a different survey.

Easy process. Pick up and return.

Branch was severely understaffed as the exit line was more than 10 cars deep and only one booth was open.

There are never any cars in the President's circle and the few that are there are low quality and dirty. the better cars are not in the President's circle.

Patty in customer service was amazing!! HOWEVER, due to the holiday there was no roadside assistance. I expressed concerns about the car's ignition when picking up vehicle but the rep onsite showed no interest in my concerns. And, I ended up with mechanical issues!! For which I had to drive over an hour back to the airport for another rental ... only to find at that time a major back up of guests waiting for vehicles. I was assigned another vehicle that did not exist ... waited - was given a car but it didn't match the paperwork upon exit of lot so I had to start the reservation all over again. The young lady in the booth was also most helpful!! But I spent more than 5 hours driving unnecessarily & dealing with an issue that could have been avoided if the initial rep had been more attentive.

Took 30min to get a car and another 45min to EXIT THE PARKING LOT. The attendant wrote 'free tank' on my rental docs to compensate for the wait...then when I turned the car in, they charged me for gas.

My 'experience' could not have been worse.

The minivan stunk like old cigars and wasn't cleaned very good after the previous customer.

Booking the car for our trip could not have been much easier, dry smooth and efficient.upon arrival to our destination, after deplaning we went straight to the rental center directly to our car, loaded our luggage and checked out at the exit gate. Less than 10 minutes later at the center. Dropped the car off at the center, it was closed (3:00am) and we left to the terminal. Thank you Hertz.
