Staff assisted in finding low mileage vehicle. Good experience.

The temp reading was 111 degrees and the rental's AC and navigation stopped working. I was two hours away from the Memphis airport where I picked up the rental car and they insisted I had to drive the car back to Memphis or ride in a tow truck back to Memphis in order to get a replacement car.

Car smelled like weed. Will try not to rent again from hertz. Also said I responsible for a Crack in windshields. I had the car for less than 24 hours

There were no cars in my class available in the section they told me I had to use. Then wanted to down grade me without compensation. When asked about another vehicle was told I’d have to pay more. Why have people assigned presidents circle without the vehicles there? There were plenty of my class vehicles in other section. Took 30 mins to get a walk up and drive scenario resolved.

We booked it and vehicle was not as we expected. We picked the best large SUV . They wanted to give me Nissan which I declined. Then for additional $170 they gave me Yukon Denali . Gas was only half filled . I had to return it with full gas . Lady at Me Memphis airport was abrupt even for + members

Overall experience was good

Excellent help assist from the general manager and resolving an issue that popped up due to unfortunate events. I will continue to rent here because of the good service.

I try to call 1-800 number, it was very difficult to reach you, after reaching they put me on hold for half an hour.

All aspects for renting a car and checking it back in and sending me the receipt promptly were excellent!!!

Booked on line and the vehicle was ready to go in the Presidential Circle, when I arrived. Booking process is easy. The Memphis Airport Hertz employees are very helpful and professional when needed for assistance. I have been a Hertz Gold Member for years and have had good experiences.

Plenty of cars for a change and domestic vehicles not just KIA

The only issue would be that almost every time I book a vehicle, there's no vehicles in the lot when I arrive.

This 1-month rental was incredibly frustrating and required three different vehicles due to poor fleet maintenance and a severe lack of internal communication at Hertz.

First, after experiencing a flat tire, Hertz national customer service confirmed availability and instructed me to go to the Memphis International Airport location for a vehicle exchange. When I arrived, the local staff refused to honor the exchange, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay for days I could not even use the vehicle.

The replacement car I was eventually given threw a "low engine oil" warning in less than a week, forcing yet another inconvenient vehicle swap.

While driving the third vehicle, I was hit by another driver in a not-at-fault collision. Hertz immediately charged my credit card a $650 damage deposit.

Hertz urgently needs to improve the coordination between their national customer service line and local airport branches. Furthermore, they need to properly maintain their vehicles before renting them out and ensure their billing practices are transparent and accurate. I am still waiting for customer relations to resolve these unwarranted final charges.

Everything went as planned, the vehicle was ready and waiting and was no hassle to check out. It was a painless rental.

I wish the vehicle had Navigation. I plugged in my phone and used car play and i was fine.

I rented a car and again it was not cleaned and smelled like weed. Just this last time, I got the car with less than a quarter tank of gas.
