Ease of rental
Ease of rental, great customer service and one of the best airports to fly in/out of. Car was clean inside and out, no problems and ease of return was just as nice.

I like easy pick up
I like easy pick up. I did not like that when booking through the app, it did not book with my points. It wasn't until after I returned that corporate was able to help me, but I was still charged at first before refund.

I have two charges for the same…
I have two charges for the same reservation. I have called multiple times multiple days and I am never able to speak with the representative. When I finally did. They hung up on me. if this doesn’t get resolved or get a call back, I will be calling my credit card company to decline that credit card payment. and I will never rent with you guys again for our Puerto Rico trip

Wonderful customer service
The guy working the counter when I picked up the car was so nice. I really enjoyed talking with him. I also had a card issue and he was so patient. I stood there for a few minutes watching him deal with an irate customer ahead of me and he had impeccable customer service.

Long Beach Airport is the best
Maria at the Long Beach airport was friendly, welcoming, informative and funny. What a great person to greet us and get us on our way!

Great and fast experience to pick up the rental, I didn't like the fuel economy of the car, but it was a new car, clean, everything worked well. Next time I'll pick a car that I know I'll get at least 33mpg, the staff did give me the option but I picked the wrong one, I wonder if I could have tried to change it the next day, I'll ask next time. The best thing about the airport location is that you don't have to worry about the location is closed at 5pm.
