Wrong Item Received, Poor Customer Service
Paid extra for shipping to get something in time for Fourth of July and it arrived on time but it was completely the wrong item. I emailed customer service on Sunday and still have not heard back three days later.
Edited to say: Yes, I emailed on Sunday and didn’t hear back until Thursday, when their website says 24-48 hours. As I also stated, it did arrive on time. A response was received from you that said I didn’t order a bathing suit bottom, which I did. It also said I received the correct item, which I did not. Today I received a request to send a photo. It’s now 9 days later.

I put in an order mid-June and got my…
I put in an order mid-June and got my first racking notice on June 26th. I have since received update tracking notice of my order coming in as close as Baton Rouge and subsequently re-routed back to Dallas. I verified my mailing address when I put in the order (after an @insufficent address notice and explanation that I haven’t had problems receiving orders from other companies thru USPS). I still have not received my order and have requested a cancellation of the order.

We understand how frustrating it has been to watch the tracking move through the postal network without receiving your order.
At this time, the USPS tracking shows the package being returned to sender. We do not see a confirmed address error on our end, and carrier routing updates can sometimes change while a package is in transit.
Once the package is returned and processed, we can complete the requested cancellation and issue the applicable refund. We appreciate your patience while USPS completes the return.
