Hern and Crabtree Estate Agents Anmeldelser

From start to finish the service from Hern & Crabtree has been fantastic.
We both sold our home and purchased new through them.

The pictures and virtual tour were just what we wanted and gave a great window into our home for all potential buyers to view.
Gareth from the Llandaff branch carried out the viewings, and helped us with the offers to best suit.
Annamarie from the Heath branch was a great help guiding us through the offering, purchase process on new home…. both keeping us well informed and calm during the stressful offers/best and final stage.
The months in between accepted offers to completion, Gina from the Pontcanna branch was on hand to negotiate any issues and really excelled in keeping everything on track. (Thanks Gina for taking all my calls:)
Overall couldn’t have asked for more…. And to top it off were also the most competitively priced.
Thanks

Everyone I’ve dealt with at Hern & Crabtree have been professional, keeping me informed, every step of the way, on the sale of my property. This is not easy, as I’m living in Australia.
Thank you.

Hern and Crabtree offer an exceptional selling journey, they are thoroughly professional in their approach, and someone is always on hand to answer any questions. I have sold a house with them previously and they made the process seamless and as stress free as possible, I didn't hesitate to use them again for my current sale. Alison and Nick White.

Very efficient and excellent service. Nothing too much trouble. Really pleased with the photos - Mike brought the best out of our house.

All members of the team were unfailingly polite, efficient and went out of their way to help my sister and I sell our Mother's home. A number of issues cropped up along the way and they were always there to offer guidance and support - I would thoroughly recommend them as a selling agent.

Mike from Hern & Crabtree sent useful information in advance of taking the photos of our property. We were pleased that he was flexible enough to accommodate some last minute requests and was polite and professional when he arrived at the agreed time. The quality of the photos he took, along with the virtual tour, were of a very high standard.

Very polite and friendly. No hassle or trouble at all. Very smooth and easy process.

Pictures came out brilliantly!

Amazing marketing photos taken and great communication. Trustworthy and highly professional. Would recommend.

Mike was super friendly, courteous and professional and captured our home beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the stress and anxiety away to make us feel at ease through the process.

Mike was very friendly and professional. The photos were very good.

Exceptional service. The agent was knowledgeable and had done research previous to valuing the property. He knew the area we lived in very well. The photographs were of a very high standard and the brochure which they produced was detailed and professional.
Overall an excellent service.
We would highly recommend using Hern and Crabtree.

All my correspondence with this company, no matter which team member I dealt with, was efficient, warm, and friendly. I was regularly informed of any progress, and all my queries were answered promptly, and I was made to feel valued. I would highly recommend them.

Mike was very personable and professional. He was interested in all aspects of living here, taking the time to understand all of the features of the flat. He took time to ensure he captured the right photos & angles including the garden.

I called Hern and Crabtree to help with the sale of my home. The firm is unique in its approach to Estate Agency! There is a class and style adopted, unrivalled by other Estate Agents in Wales that I have dealt with. From the initial valuation with Mr Humphreys to the ethereal photos of my home taken by Mr Baillie, the experience is proving to be a most memorable one in a truly positive way!

Arrived as arranged. Efficient and professional. Photographed our home to maximise the best aspects. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently appointed H&C as acting agent to sell my property. So far I have been hugely impressed by the professionalism of their staff. Advertising my house has been an amazingly quick turn around. A special shout out to Mike who was so friendly and took fantastic photos of our house and Gavin for providing great help and advice. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them!
