This company fitted air conditioning for me. They were well priced, very efficient and overall a pleasure to deal with.

Had booked a boiler service. Engineer arrived on time, very friendly and polite. I had a faulty panel which needed replacing and luckily the engineer had one in his van and fitted it for me before explaining how it all works. It was my first time using this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had replacement valves fitted on two bedroom radiators .
Mike attended to carry out the work in the given time slot, he was professional tidy and polite as always.
Great company all round and highly recommended.

Another job completed by Jon at Henri-Taylor Heating Solutions. A replacement kitchen tap and although a small job it was very efficiently and cleanly completed by Jon. We asked Jon to undertake this for us as we had confidence in the company, they had recently installed a new boiler for us. Prompt and efficient service all round, arrived at the agreed date and time and good price.

Received email regarding our yearly boiler service, contacted them to arrange visit and although it was a weekend had various time slots given. On day of service received phone call from engineer to say that he was on his way and was slightly ahead of schedule. Gave a thorough inspection and service, left everything tidy and clean. Have used Henri-Taylor for the past few years and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.

From talking us through our AC options, sending over a good competitive quote and then completing the works we couldn't have wished for a better experience. Steve and his team were very approachable, courteous, tidied up behind themselves and left us with exactly what we were after. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team turned up bang on time, were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. Watching them work was like watching aircon ninjas – quick, precise, and totally unflappable.

The installation itself was faultless. They worked cleanly, tidied up after themselves (you wouldn’t even know they’d been – apart from the lovely cool air now floating around the house), and took the time to run me through how everything worked without drowning me in jargon.

The system is whisper-quiet, super-efficient, and looks fantastic – no ugly trunking or mess, just a really neat finish. It’s transformed the room already.

If you’re thinking about aircon, stop thinking and call these guys. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

A proper quote was supplied, amended to our requirements, and the installation was carried out quickly, neatly and on time, making sure that the new equipment fitted into the existing units without disruption. Ever aspect of the work was handled very professionally and the final outcome exceeded the expectations that we had at the time of the original enquiry. There was very useful input at the initial survey stage. This enabled us to be confident about expanding the scope of the work involved. On the day of the installation work, everything was completed to a high standard - and there was no 'mess' at any time during the day. We are very pleased with the end results.
