I was trying to get a hold of a dress for my wifes birthday and wasn't really sure what I was doing, Harmony was super helpful with nailing down a look and when I realised I'd given her the wrong dress size (complete bloke moment) she very graciously swapped out the item for me before sending it off. The customer service from Harmony on the tiktok lives especially is amazing. Any questions you have they're answered on the spot. Harmony even carries a tape measure with her to advise of different fits/lengths according to customers heights. 🥰

Measured myself and ordered a top. Size came wrong so I ordered a size up and packed the previous one. Packed in the original package, with the sticker they send for returns in front of the packaging. I even put tape over it to protect it from getting wet, get erased etc. Came back as apparently "address unknown". I won't even bother returning nor ordering clothes from this company again. They really don't make it easy to return an item and the sizing is all over the place. Disappointed.
Love the style and plus size options that Hellbunny offers. Never had any problems ordering, or with their products' material or sizing.
very poor. No longer offer sale by telephone so no opportunity to query issues. No longer provide customer services by phone and dreadful wait on 'chat line'. Sure sign of a company putting profit before customer service. Wont use again.
Made a fairly big order with my first purchase. Delivery way very fast, everything was so nice and so well fitted. Have to admit, could have gone a size smaller on some skirts but I was just guessing my size anyways. It was true to the size (M) but count that it was a bit looser (at least on me). Will definitely order again. Couldn't be happier with my order xx
Their sizing charts are completely inaccurate. I order two pairs of trousers which had waist sizes 8cm larger than the sizing guide indicated, I also sized up (on the advice of the guide) as this was what my waist size was, apparently, closest too so I ended up with even more superfluous fabric at the waist. I emailed Hellbunny who argued about the validity of my photos with the trousers waist against a tape measure (they said I had pulled the tape measure along to distort the measurements) so I retook the photos and I was told that the manager says it's correct and that I must pay to return them! Not only that but upon reading the terms and conditions it seems that refunds are given on gift cards so I won't actually get my money back at all! I am an online retailer and would never treat a customer as such! They are rude and unprofessional and the last thing I want to do is to have to spend my refund in their shop!
First of the sizing chart is all wrong. This isn’t my first time measuring myself for sizing and usually I’d get it right. Not this time.
I then had the massive trouble of returning my clothing. I first had to pay DPD to deliver my parcel as Royal Mail wouldn’t. I paid £10 for a tracked service with insurance. £10 was actually my cheapest option. They attempted to deliver yesterday at 6pm. The warehouse closes at 5 as I’ve been advised and when you contact DPD to explain this issue they advise you very poorly that you can pay more and upgrade the delivery to a specific time slot. Which actually is a lie. Now my parcel may be returned, it may not.
The return is actually adding up to half of my order cost. My issues with DPD are separate but the customer service I received was very poor and unhelpful. “Beast wishes”?? perhaps look at your email signature next time and be a little more professional.
I've used Hell Bunny for years and have started buying their clothes again after losing weight, I love the fact that they use different sized models and give you a really good indication of the sizing etc . A lot of the clothes have some stretch in them which makes for a great fit and I love the 1940's and 1950's style of dresses so classy. I had to send a purchase back recently and within two days the refund was in my bank, yes you do have to pay for returns but I think it's the same for most online companies my only slight criticism is that you used to get free shipping if you spent over a certain amount..... maybe that could be looked into again for loyal customers. I can't understand why people have rated Hell Bunny so low as I've had nothing but positive experiences and my wardrobe is full of their clothes.
Everything arrived very well packaged and pretty quick, sizes were all accurate and material was really good on 4/5 items, pretty happy. Hope future experiences are as good.
I have been buying clothes from Hell Bunny for years. I love their clothes and 'vintage' style. Any clothes I wear from HB always gets comments from people asking where I got them from. I have found their clothes to be true to size, I am a size 8 and always buy a size 8 and they fit perfectly. I have occassionally bought things, tried them on but once I have then I haven't liked them and I have never had an issue returning items for a full refund.
They have refused to refund or replace my dress which split after just one wear, they are returning it to me as-is. The dresses may look nice but are not well made, and customer services are shocking. Do not buy from this company!
Love the style of clothes and used to love the fit of hell bunny clothes too but now my latest purchase doesn't fit right I have to return at an extra cost without even having the option to exchange and also had just the one option for expensive delivery. Their delivery and returns system is very outdated and has put me off shopping there again.
I ordered a £70 skirt and it looked terrible, rather than an A-line skirt, which was shown in the photos, it was more of a U shape which did not suit my curves at all. The fabric was thin and not the expected quality for the price.
This company does not offer return labels so I returned at my own cost through evri which is showing as delivered in SEPTEMBER.
It is now 31st October and I have not receive any kind of refund. I did contact them through facebook in early October and I was told refunds took 10 days to process.
The message I received was full of spelling and grammar mistakes which did not leave me hopeful. I may just have to do a chargeback. Avoid!
Update: I received a refund eventually but won't be doing business with them again
I have always admired Hell Bunny clothing but never had the funds to place an order until recently. I was so excited!
I studied the sizing guides and even took my own measurements, as I’m aware how much sizing can differ across retailers. I had recently had an experience with another retailer and inaccurate sizing, so I made sure I did my research before ordering to ensure everything I received was just right.
I ordered 13 items - all of them were much bigger than the sizing charts stated they would be! I ordered everything in a size 10 (I am a UK 10 at almost all retailers and like I said, I had carefully studied the sizing chart). The items I ordered fit comfortably on my size 14 family member, with room to spare!
Customer service were very unhelpful and basically told me to ‘take measurements and read the sizing chart in future’ even after I clearly stated I had done this before ordering.
Because I ordered so much, it cost me a small fortune to send it all back, as they do not offer a return service. I don’t mind that returns aren’t free, but I believe they should be offering/organising return labels. For example Disturbia will send you a label for a small fee to avoid any confusion, hassle and unnecessary expense.
I’ve now started shopping with Disturbia instead and have received some gorgeous items, much better quality than Hell Bunny and very accurate sizing! Definitely wouldn’t order from them again, which is a shame as I had always wanted to own some of their clothing!
I’ve been having a nightmare experience with an online order with Hell Bunny. I ordered a dress in a size S/UK 10, I’m usually a size UK 10-12 but I’d heard they run big. I didn’t realize how big!! Their own size chart says a size S waist measurement is 70cm, my tape measure had it at 80cm. That’s not even slightly off, that’s a couple of full dress sizes bigger. I complained and sent it back in exchange for an XS/UK 8, only to be sent an S again. The swing tag says XS, but the sewn in label says S. The measurements are so wildly different from their own size chart that it’s impossible to know which size it actually is. A huge amount of stress and massive waste of my time!
Really love the clothing at Hell Bunny, and always had a great experience buying from their online store.
They have some awesome pieces which are cool and unique - not just like your average high street store.
Clothes fit me well (im a UK 12 and usually get the 12/M size).
Lovely customer service that helped me track and get back a package that GLS lost. Returns just take a while sadly.
