I've not started yet but as for customer service cant fault them constantly in touch with me first time ordering straight away i was contacted saying they were taking a couple of days holiday so would be a delay but was sent tracker and my stuff came the exact day they said I start today I also ordered another 1 just for the simple fact of the service but everything looks totally legit packaged really well so no chance of them getting damaged in transit will happily give an update in a few weeks but up to now I would happily recommend helixara to anyone

sent the wrong product
I believethry sent the wrong product. Instead of the mix compound they sent the standalone cjc. It literally says on the vial they sent me. Wrong product sent. Annoyed yes.

WE are working on extending a few more products, like 'Selank' in the next week.
Were concentrating on paying UK lab testing on our current product range to ensure quality on those first, this testing is highly expensive.
Reliable, trustworthy and great product

Ive finished one bottle and seeing real signs of it helping with weight loss. Ordered my next one and looking forward to continuing my RTA weight loss journey.
The support and aftercare has been brilliant, all questions answered quickly and professionally - its great as its through whatsapp.

2nd order. Fast communication via WhatsApp (which I love). Fastest delivery of pep product ever, with a nice follow-up message via WhatsApp. Quality tesa, quality peps so far. COA's appear to be onpoint and genuine. The prices are great too. The descriptions are on the site but not as full as other sites so it's always worth a WhatsApp message to double check they have what you want. In my experience the products are top notch and their service is second to none.
