I believe Heineken to be the best lager by far, end of.
However, that with which I was presented recently was hopefully not the norm from a palate point of view. I would even suggest that the product was not even Heineken. Does Heineken have a customer feedback site; do they have an in-trade quality management system? (They should do - think HACCP etc) They're still the best, but less evident in the trade which may be part of the problem. Don (former brewer)
Purchased a flat batch.....
Purchased a batch that contained flat cans, no head on pouring or small head that disappears.
Emailed Heineken customer service and got a response from Lucy Seymour (Ai type response) who asked to have the affected cans returned, and having opened them they were of no use to them, I offered the batch codes of the 4 affected cans. I was sent a fiver for my trouble with a letter that suggested I was having a laugh.
Then I got another "bad batch" and again contacted Lucy, this time I explained 2 of the cans I opened were flat but on squeezing the remaining 6 cans I identified 2 more that were "soft"
Lucy arranged to have them collected and I waited for an email.
After a couple of weeks I made contact by email for an update
and was told that the cans were sent for analysis.
And YES, I was sent another voucher for 5 Euro with no explanation, letter still suggested I was having a laugh.
Break your heart wouldn't it.
8 cans undrinkable , flat as dishwater and was given a tenner for my trouble, why bother.!!!!
NB never received any further communication after all the fuss.
Bad beer
Bought beer, turned out to be non alcoholic. Very disappointing. Why normal beer and non alcoholic have the same packages? Marketing team is doing bad
Do not drink any 300ml cans of JcLeroux Sauvignon they should have been recalled
As Heineken are the owners of JCleroux I sent my complaint to them. Their cans of Sauvignon were contaminated and full of sediment and we found out afterwards that the 4 of us were ill ? Their response was to send me a form to fill in by email which of course I couldn’t do anything with and gave me just 2 days to respond before they closed my complaint. No apology no nothing, when I asked them if they had had trouble with this batch they admitted it but , as you will see, there has been no recall. They again informed me that I needed to fill in the form and they’d replace the cans , no mention of the ones that we’d already drunk or an apology . I would like an explanation from somebody in authority as to why there was no recall .
Disappointing
When I buy a German beer I want it to be brewed in Germany.
the quality not as it used to be
The dutch beer brand is well recognized, but to me its quality a bit faded recently, doesnt feel that good as it used to be so few years ago.

Un engaño. Adquirí un barril torp heineken hace un par de años y ahora han dejado de suministrar los torp alegando que no les era rentable venderlos porque tenían poca demanda. Impresentable y un fraude ya que este año pasado aseguraban que por lo menos iban a suministrar los torp durante dos años mas.

Their tone of voice, the way how they handle with the customers and how to address quickly the issues to avoid keeping the their customer waiting for so so long. In general, it was an okay experience.

Compre un torp The Sub para cerveza y…
Compre un torp The Sub para cerveza y antes de los 2 años dejó de funcionar bien pero como no estaba ya en garantia lo arreglé pagando la reparación de 50 euros. Al cabo de 1 año ha vuelto a estropearse y ni Heineken ni la empresa que fabrica el torp, Krups se hacen cargo de nada. Desde mi punto de vista no es admisible que se estropee dos veces en 3 años , esto denota muy baja calidad del producto y mal servicio postventa.
Politica commerciale vergognosa
Sono un consumatore privato, acquisto un Blade nuovo nel mese di giugno 2024, a settembre 2024 non refrigera più la birra, chiamo il servizio clienti e lo mando in assistenza. Dopo qualche giorno sono chiamato telefonicamente dall assistenza che mi comunica che il mio Blade di soli 3 mesi non è riparabile e che mi avrebbero spedito un Blade usato. Alle mie proteste, se non mi sta bene mi propongono di rimandarmi il mio Blade non riparato. Prendere o lasciare, acquisto un apparecchio nuovo e me ne ridanno uno usato non si sa da chi e da quando. E quando sarà scaduta la garanzia cosa faccio di un Blade usato da anni?? VERGOGNOSO, MAI PIÙ!!

Il trend visualizzato entrando nelle recensioni conferma il mio punto di vista. Ho segnalato un punto vendita che non offriva birra Ichnusa all'altezza del brand e che, tra l'altro, non mi ha dato tregua tutta la notte a causa dall'acidità sopraggiunta, e loro hanno simulato un controllo mai verificato. Non posso che confermare il punteggio minimo. Peccato davvero perché la birra Ichnusa, quando acquistata al supermercato, è di ottima qualità cosa che non si può dire dei servizi offerti annessi al prodotto.

Sono stato contattato per poter tentare di vincere un premio mandato un messaggio in un determinato giorno, ho aspettato che arrivasse il giorno e l'ora perfetta per acapparrarmelo ,ma quando era ora di inviare il messaggio per poter vincere il premio non era possibile inviare i messaggi al numero che hanno fornito.
