A fantastic experience! I used the facilities for an hour and came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Yasmin was brilliant and helped me with my first ice plunge. Can't wait to go back.

I always enjoy my visits to Heat in Pembroke. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calming and welcoming. Yasmin is friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and she always gives you tips on getting the most out of the sauna and plunge pools. The facilities are top-notch and leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna experience in Pembroke!

Had a really great time - had never tried contrast therapy before but Jasmine lead us through and we loved it. The place is beautifully calming and very clean. We all feel energised and refreshed.

Loved the sauna and cold plunge pool even tho I think I didn't last 60sec in it will definitely do longer next time great experience wish we had booked longer session which I will definitely be returning and doing longer really clean calming in there friendly staff loved it and can't wait to go back

Mine and my daughter’s first time of experiencing contrast therapy and it was amazing. Will definitely be going back and was provided with excellent service throughout our session.

First time experience for me but really enjoyed it! The owner was very friendly and advised how to go through everything properly. It’s a lovely setup in there aswell a perfect way to spend 30-60 minutes treating the body after a good workout!

Fantastic experience and given a 5 star rating by my partner who recently visited. Lots of good advice, very knowledgeable and professional service. Clean and very well laid out, organised and plenty of room. Will definitely be returning in due course.

Absolutely amazing! It was my first visit, the owner was professional and informative while being warm and approachable. She talked us through our first Ice plunge, I think I would’ve jumped straight back out if she wasn’t there encouraging me!

We really enjoyed our time there :) The sauna/plunges were brand new, well looked after and the lady in charge was suuuuper helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel at home.

I was lucky enough to get a place on the Menopause Retreat. Such valuable information for women and others who want to support them. Great guest speakers, great food and smoothies given and super friendly staff. I went to a session at Heat afterwards and was not disappointed. Yasmin guided me through breath work for the weekly challenge...to plunge straight into an ice bath before anything else. I did it, lasted the whole 4 mins with her guidance. Breathing techniques really help with this! I them used the beautiful infrared sauna and normal hot sauna afterwards. The hot/cold temperature swapping is so healthy and really helped me feel better. I have quite a few health conditions at present, so it's nice to naturally heal. Such kind staff, clean and hygienic place, bespoke and the events they provide are so nice. I hope to come to more events and sessions when possible. Thank you for a wonderful, kind and understanding experience.

The first time I tried it was in the evening and I found i had a great night's sleep that night. This time it was a morning session, I thought I may feel tired after it but it set me up for the day - I felt calmer and more motivated to get things done.
Tried the ice plunge - Yasmin was great at talking me through what to do, how to breathe and was very supportive.
Tried it for a second time during the session and this time Lewis was guiding me - again very supportive and I managed 2 minutes 45 seconds.
The facilities are clean and modern.
A very positive experience and I'll definitely be back again 🙂

What a welcoming introduction for my first time at HEAT! I had a hour experience of complete rejuvenation and relaxation.

I had a very friendly and professional welcome but the owner also made me feel extremely comfortable in the environment.

I had forgot a towel but thank god, they even supplied these for a small additional charge!

I was guided stage by stage but also given space to relax in between swapping from hot to red light to plunge. For my first time doing plunge, the owner made me feel so supported, guiding me with breathing exercises and keeping track on the time for me. At this stage I do not think I could have made the plunge without guidance. It was really reassuring to see that the staff were very educated and familiar with how to guide someone who did not initially feel confident.

The time went so quickly, even the minutes in the ice plunge. My favourite part was definitely the ice bucket although it was still a shock.

The facilities itself is very modern, and clean.

The only downfall that I experienced was the lighting in the changing rooms were a little dim and with having poor vision, this made it difficult to get changed. I may have missed a light switch.

Overall, my experience was amazing. Definitely felt this was needed after a busy, active day.

I will be back!

Great place, all new facilities, friendly knowledgeable staff. Finnish sauna and infra red. Been a couple of times and I love it and sleep so well after a session here.

We had the 1 hour for 2 people experience. Really enjoyed our time at Heat. Aesthetically pleasing when we arrived. Loved that we were able to enjoy a TRIP drink while spending time in the plunge pools. Yasmin was really informative and very friendly. Definitely will return!

I recently visited HEAT in Pembroke, and I was honestly blown away. From the moment I walked in, the space had a calm, professional vibe, spotless, beautifully set up, and clearly well looked after. You can tell straight away that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that supports real well-being.

The facilities are top-tier. The ice plunges, heat therapy areas, and overall setup are as good as anything I’ve seen, clean, modern, and designed to make you feel both refreshed and relaxed. It’s not just about looking good either it genuinely works. I left feeling completely reset, both physically and mentally.

What really made the experience for me though was the service from Yas. She couldn’t have been more welcoming, knowledgeable, or professional. She made me feel completely at ease, talked me through everything, and was clearly passionate about what the centre offers. Her energy and care genuinely took the whole experience to another level.

If you’re into cold water therapy, heat therapy, or just looking to boost your mental and physical well-being, HEAT is absolutely worth the visit. I’ll 100% be going back.

Went for Mother’s Day everything was great from when we walked in the girl working greeted us and was very welcoming and talked us through us through everything. The decor was lovely and the facilities were great loved the saunas they have one dry and one infrared. The ice plunge barrel although cold you can really feel the benefits, also there is a different temp cold showers to build you up. I left feeling much better mentally then when I went in
