Be very careful when returning items to this company. They promise refunds within a certain timeframe, but in my experience, those promises are not honored. My return was delivered a month ago, and I still have not received my refund or any clear update.

If you buy from them, make sure to closely track your return and follow up consistently. Don’t assume the process will happen as stated — you may need to push to get your money back.

I ordered a skin cleanser on 3/7 and didn't realize I had not received it until 3/28, even though FedEx said the item had been shipped. I sent an email to sales inquiries on Saturday 3/28 and received a reply within a few hours with an apology for the delay and I received a replacement shipment two days later. I've had several occasions to order from HealthyKin. Always came as ordered. This time because I added an item, it came in two packages. The first arrived with no notice of a second so spent time inquiring. It arrived at my door 3 days later.

I had operation and have had to catheter mtself. Catheters sent from the VA(I am vetern) I didn't like. Went online and ordereda month supply. lAm going to reordersoon.
