Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. I missed the Royal Mail delivery and had it forwarded to my local post office who never received it from the sorting office. Health Aid were brilliant and resent me a new order. Exact same thing happened again, and again Health Aid resent my order. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I am definitely ordering from them again. Their Magnesium products are the best!

The items were dispatched from our warehouse on November 9, 2023, via Royal Mail, with the tracking number RF621930405GB. Typically, our international delivery time is 10 to 15 working days. Your item arrived at the United Arab Emirates (Central Post Office) on December 9, 2023. It's important to note that the final delivery will be facilitated by the local postal service in your country.
As of the latest update, your parcel is currently awaiting Customs clearance in your country since December 11, 2023. In the absence of any contact within a week, there is a possibility that the parcel may be returned to HealthAid as unclaimed. We recommend reaching out to your local post for further assistance.
