Arrived in perfect shape. Box was very cool and fun to dive into! Headphones are excellent and beyond great sound!

An unfortunate coincidence of timing during checkout led to me not being able to receive my chosen headphones for quite some time.
While we were sorting it out, Alan and the team were - as always - a delight to work with. Eventually they had to pivot and come up with a new solution and in a matter of days my order was fulfilled.
It may have taken a while to get there, but in the meanwhile communication was both thorough and thoroughly pleasant.
Working with headphones.com isn't like buying from a big box store, it's like buying from a mate who happens to also run a headphone business...

I had interest in the Sennheiser HDB630 headphones since I read the reviews on your site. They were on back order from the time I decided to purchase them. I noticed that an on-line vendor (named after a South American river) was shipping the product. I reached out to your customer service. April responded quickly and let me know there was product coming soon, so I was able to order through you rather than support the other vendor. The only issue I had (and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars) was that Headphones.com shipped with "signature required," which would be fine had I been advised that I'd need to be present to receive the package. This caused issues in receiving the product as someone had to be home at some indeterminate time to receive the package. Also, it was several days after I received notice that the "product shipped" before the USPS actually received it from Headphones.com. This is somewhat deceptive...product isn't really "shipped" until the shipping company has it.

I have spent only a couple of hours and I am so glad I got to experience such great performance more than technicalities it made happy that I can immerse in music without thinking of anything else .

Nothing wrong with the service or product, all good. But the shipping for that small box was expensive. Disappointed that a person cannot choose their own shipping option. I would have chosen something less expensive. The shipping was almost half the price of the item and with exchange rate ( that can't be helped of course) it became an overly expensive item. This is why I don't order anything from Headphones.com. Expensive shipping.

I ordered somethin on back order so I didn't have an issue with slow shipping. I haven't received my product yet its still being shipped, so I'm rating based on customer service. When I placed the order, the next day I had sent an email to them asking to cancel as I didn't want to go into the negative in my account. They never responded or did anything to help me. Aside from that it was easy to place my order and etc.

I am still presently involved in a thorough listening session with the item but I really received the item very quickly this time.Thank you very much for such an expedited turnaround

Bought a Topping DX3 Pro + OPEN BOX so understandably I figured it would take a 1 or 2 days extra to ship 2 1/2 weeks later I message support asking where it is all they did was say let me ask the warehouse and give me the tracking I already had. A week later I message again about an update and I got an apology and an excuse of miscommunication and was told it would ship next day. TWO days later I message again saying I want my money back, dont bother shipping it and cancel the gift card they sent me as we were almost a month into this and it has NOT shipped. Finally it shipped and tbf it arrived quickly after it shipped and it works great.

Always amazing!! I have ordered 2k + products and simple $40 products. Get treated like royalty each time. Amazing communication, great deals and extremely fast shipping. This is a model company with an amazing staff that cares. Total opposite of the foreverspin company i just dealt with. Thank you guys so much for caring!! I was looking for a specific product and Headphones.com came through. I was able to find my product with relative ease. The product description page was accurate and provided relevant information. The general pricing is fair. I purchased the IEMs. I was searching for on sale, amazing deal. The IEMs in question were also very hard to find. But Headphones.com had them. Which means they have great backstock. Headphones.com has a very good reputation in the audio community. It's well deserved.. Competitive pricing, seamless checkout, fast basic delivery.
