These guys (and gals) are amazing! I have made multiple purchases from them in the past. This time, I purchased a very well priced open box set of Hifiman Susvaras. A few days later I had not received any of the standard shipping information that usually accompanies a purchase. I sent a simple follow up email inquiring about shipping status. They replied almost immediately, apologizing for the communication breakdown and promising to get back to me shortly once they had investigated what happened. Within an hour I got an email explaining that there had been an inventory issue and that they did not have the open box Susvaras to send me. AND, that they were going to overnight me a BRAND NEW set of Susvaras!!??!! If you want to be amazed like I was/still am, take a look at the price difference between an open box and brand new Susvara. Now, I didn’t ask for this, I hadn’t complained or threatened. This is simply how they step up and honor their customers. Not just talk - it’s commitment!

Long backorder time. Customer service explanations great. CrinEar protocol max sounds great. A definite improvement over the computer sound. Worth waiting for it.

I honestly expected lead times on delivery to be way longer.

I initially received the wrong headphones but this was corrected quickly and I received the right ones a few days later. Happy for the quick communication and correction. The headphones are great, were packed super well and I look forward to getting a lot of use out of them.

Ordered CrinEar Daybreak IEMS strictly on a whim after watching review and wanting to use my gift card.

Unfortunately I received what seemed to be defective product (left channel had no sound) Requested a return with refund, there were no objections and customer service offered an exchange which I declined.

Was e-mailed a return label, sent back via FEDEX the next day. Credit for purchase issued by company, I waiting to see if it appears on bank statement.
Kudos for the company's return policy. I must have bad luck. :(

I had recently been to canjam nyc and held off on purchasing directly from Dan Clark Audio or from Audio 46 as I get a better discount from Headphones.com. After my order didn't ship for a couple days I suspected the item had actually been out of stock when I placed the order so I reached out to support to ask if it had actually sold out since this had actually happened with a previous order I had placed.

I was told I had purchased the last unit and that it would be shipping shortly. After a couple more days it had not shipped and I asked if I could switch to a variant with another cable if it would ship faster but after another day without any progress I grew frustrated and wrote a negative review here.

The next day I received an email from Taron Lissimore and later got on a short call with him. My order was actually out of stock due to some inventory tracking issues and that my 6 month long preorder would be restocking relatively soon. He gave me a 20% refund on my order and preorder, plus a $250 gift card. They reached out to DCA and had them direct ship my order to me which I received a few days ago.

After years of purchasing headphones, IEMs and speakers this was my first negative experience and Taron went above and beyond to make things right.

First of all, great variety of products. Lots and lots of information on the products. Made it easier (or harder) to choose. But it is better than not having enough info. Checkout was easy, shipping was reasonable, fast and easy.

Focal Clear are 5 years old model. When they came out , they had raving reviews. Technology of headphones , having changed in five years. What has changed is the value of a five year old headphone model. $790.00. This headphone was originally $1500.00. Price and performance is excellent. Great value add a great price. Get them why they last.

Headphones.com have great reviews on products and provide a very generous return policy for a few bucks. The products price is otherwise the same as other sites

After many conversations with staff members, and after considering various options, I decided to try Focal Bathys. My needs were to accommodate hearing aids while wearing my headphones. Cups had to be soft and large enough to accommodate said aids. I am in my first week of use and so far I am happy with my choice. Great performance and so far good comfort. I really appreciate the time staff spent with me while never pressing me to make a purchase.

Ordering these taking too long, I paid priority shipping, and my headphones are crawling towards me, I'm almost certain they applied the wrong shipping method, probably ground advantage.

Bought an inexpensive open box DAC but the transaction was handled like I bought a new top-tier one. Packed in the original factory box with all paperwork, remote control and accessories. Great communication all along the way. DAC was in great shape and works perfectly. Thank You !!
