DIDN'T LIKE WAX SYSTEM AND ZERO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY
I ordered this wax system and was hoping it would be better than the at home microwavable wax I'm using bit it's not. I only used it once and the wax consistency is really weird and dries really fast so I can't use it for my bikini and when I waxed my lip it didn't do a good job. I reached out to customer service twice and ZERO response. Really disappointed I wasted my $$ on this.
CUSTOMER SERVICE was AGONIZING
Head Kandy did not work for me, so called the customer service # AND emailed HeadKandy to find out what or if I might be doing something wrong... I really wanted this to work. Customer service rep Sara couldn't answer my questions and said she'd would someone call me back who knew more. Since I didn't get a call back in a timely way, I called a second time and requested to speak with a manager. Was told they would get a message to the manager to call me. Next day...., called again and talked to Lori who may have been a manager??. Lori did end up resolving my issue...finally. It was a very frustrating experience for me.

AMAZING!!!! Bought 22” hair extensions from here at the start of the year and they are still pretty much same as when I bought them. After spending sooo much money on other brands which shedded and matted after weeks I can honestly say the quality of these are unmatched! Really not a bad price either compared to some other brands out there. I would 1000% recommend. I got mixed blonde shades and the colour is still spot on.

I ordered a lot of stuff on 6/9 from this company and some stuff from another company the same day. The other company has already shipped my stuff. This company however has given no updates and it hasnt even been picked or packed yet!!!
They charged me but where's my product? No update, no response for two weeks and counting.
Ordered Head Kandy "The Rebound" two weeks ago. Received an automated "Order Confirmed" email.
They charged me for the purchase.
Then, silence.
It has not been shipped (no tracking number email, no status update). I emailed their customer service a week later asking it would be shipped soon.
Still, silence.
I live near a major city, so there is no logistical reason why this would be a difficult shipment.
As of today (two weeks after my order confirmation), there is still silence.
Hair products and tools
I've tried several hair products and tools from them since August and I have nothing but problems since then and their customer service is terrible. I ordered commitment issues and the tools doesn't stay on they fall off, it was missing pieces and I was told to contact support via email and I have not received a response. As far as the hair products, the more I use them the more my hair is being damaged. Yet something so expensive that doesn't work more waste of money.

They are fine if there is never a concern but for me any company who NEVER gives a refund on a product or just gives you in store credit KNOWS their product has a problem and is a perfect example of a company who doest stand behind their product. Dare go ahead make a minor mistake on an order or let them screw something up and see how helpful they are. They put you on blast in their Facebook page so followers can attack you for giving an honest review of what happen. Do yourself a favor find a company who actually stands behind their products.
Shady Customer Service Practices
I ordered a great curling iron from this company and was very satisfied with the speed of shipping and the quality of the tool. So, I went ahead and ordered a few products for an event in August. I placed my order on July 25 and to this day, I haven't gotten it. I reached out to customer service at least 5-7 times. Originally, they sent me a shipping tracking link that didn't work. When I inquired, they used an international shipping service because I live in Guam, a U.S. territory. I thought it was a really odd choice considering I spent $10 for shipping and they had used USPS shipping services for my prior order. With that being said, I trusted their counsel and kept on waiting. Fast forward to August 25, I emailed a couple more times and asked for a refund. My request for a refund was totally ignored; instead, they insisted the order was on its way and it would get to me soon. So, I had to resort to starting a PayPal claim to get my money back. All in all, I spent $96, so I'm not all bent out of shape about it, it's just more of a matter of principle, considering they answered saying that my package was lost and - IF I HAD NOT ALREADY FILED A PAYPAL CLAIM, they would refund my purchase. Since they had already broken my trust once, I let them know that I'd close the claim after getting my refund. They never answered back to that and, here we are 6 weeks after my purchase and I haven't gotten anything. Honestly, they sound shady as hell. If you get your package, then it's all fine. But God forbid they mess your package up, you can forget about that money for a while. My next step, should I not hear back, is filing a BBB claim or a formal consumer report. But I hope I don't have to resort to that. Truly a shame that their customer service sucks because I think their products are good.
Do Not order the Travelista Hair dryer
Do Not order the Travelista Hair dryer. I ordered back in March and had a weird smell when I used it. The owner Kayla said it was normal with new products and give it time,it'll go away. Guess what it didn't after two months of trying to use it. I emailed the office and they told me to send it back. They offered to give me the bigger SoulMate hairdryer until this one was back in stock. I already have the bulky one and prefer just to get a refund and I'll try again when they come back in stock. Wouldn't you know they won't give me my money back (even though their product doesn't work). Save your money and don't buy from Head Kandy. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe then I can get my money back.

I just got your commitment Issues on Sunday Nov 21st 2021 ….That tool is by far the BEST EVER … thanks to u all I now have a tool that does it all …This Company is Amazing !!! Thank u !!!!

I believe in their products and their CEO Kayla. They go above and beyond to remedy your issues. I have been buying their products for 3 years now and exclusively will continue. No other styling tools for me.

Do not buy their products. I’ve had my product for a year and the tips broke off of the heating elements on the brush and they are refusing to fix it and replace even though it comes with a lifetime warranty of product. They are saying it’s wear and tear even though the customer service person admitted it happened to her brush too. (That’s called a defect ladies and gentlemen) don’t buy their products and expect them to stand behind their warranty at all. I’ve had it one year. I could have bought a 20 dollar straighter at Walmart and replaced it for what I paid for that.

It’s the first shampoo for blondes that doesn’t dry my hair. And the Third Wheel smells so good and helps protect my hair from hot tool damage. It’s not too heavy on my fine, color treated hair. If you do a google search, you can even find promo codes for % off.

Hands down, the BEST straightener that I’ve ever used!! I have the Miss Priss 1” teal flat iron, and I LOVE it! If you’re thinking about purchasing one, do it! You will not be disappointed!

Spent $100 on a hair straightener and when I plugged it in it started sparking and smoking like crazy, tried to email them about the issue and after the automated email that said they would contact me in 24 hours they have not contacted me at all. Huge Waste Of Money, and a company that could not care less about you after they have your money
