just recently got off the phone with carmen she was amazing and made the experience fast very excited to receive my sample :) -chassidie ellis

So far I will give HDIS a ZERO or below. I have been trying for over a MONTH to get supplies from them but they keep playing paper tag with my doctor's office. I am approved to get supplies thru medicaid however they keep saying that my Dr. Is not filling in icd code and I'd #. I personally watched my Dr. Fill the form out correctly during my last appt but HDIS still says that they didn't do it correctly. I then spoke to my dr.s nurse the second and third time and she even read the icd codes and I'd # off to me that she put on the form. HDIS STILL refuses! Not a reliable company, I can see already. If not taken care of this week I will find a company that knows what they are doing. Ps, I am not the other Tony listed that gave HDIS a positive review. I am Tony Sprouse and I will give HDIS a below zero. They have beyond ticked me off!

Customer service and products always satisfy.

This is a great service, it helps thousands , who couldn't do it on their own. However to use "shame of buying " these products to get more business is disgusting to me! Such a great service , seems you could find a way to advertise without shaming people ! Come on , how much do you pay these people, and you get shame?

On time when they send you a tracking number to your email account accept Medicare or State insurance also had help by my daughters case manager get the rest of her medical supplies my daughter is completely disability.

The incontinent underpants I bought are no way a large. They come up maybe half way over the belly......IF I'M LUCKY. Extremely disappointed. Will not buy anything again.

I was impressed with your product. I wasvrecently diagnosed with Epilepsy and seizure disorder. My Seizures are mostly Gran Mal & “come on” without warning and quite had been happening in bed while sleeping. Thus we all know the end to the end or shall we say beginning to my life changer with Reassure! I received a order for REDUMLS underwear. They don't look anything like the ones in the book and are two dam large and fit light a g string. Very little coverage in front and back, I will not be buying from this jip joint . I dumped your product in the trash. Mike M.
