Excellent service from Phil as per usual, knew exactly what we preferred, very pleasant and polite. Very knowledgeable on the area's we wanted to go, full of advice, always willing to make sure you have a fantastic holiday, could not accommodate any better than he already does, will always use Hays at York.

The booking of my holiday was over…
The booking of my holiday was over several months due to set backs on my side and it was great that the agent always made me welcome (never felt that I was seen as a waste of time) and the agent was very helpful. It was always easy to continue from where we had left off. It was good to go through a number of choices that met my needs and also to have other relevant choices highlighted.
It was an enjoyable experience and I would happily book with Hayes again.
