Excellent late package with cruise
We went into the Yarm shop with a late plan of a package to Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, Miami and 7 night MSC Caribbean cruise.
Rashida was excellent in sorting it all out and offering options. We received a quotation and booked straight away.
We received Hayes confirmation and MSC confirmation with all details immediately.
Rashida is so professional, pleasant, full of enthusiasm and knowledge.

Hayes is not just a business, its an extended family to any one visiting, the staff and I mean all staff are first class in every way, they really do care passionately about all aspects of your holiday and it means as much to them, as it does to the individual, that in itself speaks volumes.
