I mainly make my own arrangements, but sometimes,especially if air travel is involved, go to a travel agent.In this particular case, Trudi was extremely considerate to me , taking plenty of time to ensure that someone of my age ,85, had as much time as necessary to consider the options she put forward to me., which relaxed me very much.

Sammy was very helpful in looking into my wife's accessibility issues.
She looked at various websites comparing bathroom se ups and also managed to allocate our aircraft seats for free.
