This is the 4th holiday I have booked with the Hays Travel branch in Winton and each one gets better, the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and are always eager to go the extra mile to find the perfect holiday! I would never go to anyone else!

we were promised a free night the airport hotel because a apprentice was dealing with use, and there was some confusion with our booking. When we finally booked because of a change to our intinary
we were no longer given the free night

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
At the time of booking, you were happy with the agreed price and chose to proceed on that basis. During the enquiry process, there were changes made to your original itinerary, which meant that the quotation had to be revised. As a result, the original discount and promotional offer discussed in relation to the initial itinerary could no longer be applied.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge the earlier confusion, we were pleased to provide complimentary airport transfers at no additional cost.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with our pricing and offers, and we appreciate your feedback. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Winton hays travel. The best.
Always book with hays travel in winton. Polite friendly & professional. Always made to feel welcome. They take their time scrolling through what we've asked for & want. They will always spend as much time needed scrolling through the holidays to find the best deals best suited for us. Nothing is too much trouble. Answers any questions if we ask We honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to book.
