Hays staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and will try to get everything you requested sorted for you.

Caroline was cheerful and smiled as soon as I approached, answered my questions with honesty and then proceeded to do as I asked. Lovely lady and atmosphere in shop was friendly, they all seemed to get on with each other, a good working place.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Caroline at Hays. Her knowledge of resorts is fantastic and she knows just what would suit our family. She has sorted everything out for holiday insurance, parking, check in, printed boarding passes, recommended the best seats on the plane. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just amazing service thank you

I went into hays Weston Favell on a whim after being let down by easy jet, I spoke to Caroline who was the most lovely lady and so helpful! I told her it was my first solo holiday and she done everything she could to make sure it would be as easy as possible for me to navigate. She recommended tje best airport, best price, how to navigate the airport, what happens next. All staff in there were so friendly and willing to help, I didn't feel rushed in making decisions and they really took time to understand my needs and worries. I can't thank anyone in there enough!

We went to make enquiries about a cruise this summer and found Caroline very helpful. She took time to look at different options and listened to our requests, we didn't feel pressured to book any.

Iona was just fabulous she was so knowledgeable and just made it so easy and took the stress away and thought of everything to make our trip enjoyable and as stress free as possibl, as my husband has mobility issues she answered all our questions and was so enthusiastic and joined in in our excitement at finding a holiday that ticked all the boxes thank you
