From the start Morag took on board all our requests for our once in a life time trip. She was very efficient and patience with us, as we had to keep changing the base, due to insufficient transport links. The trip was not going to plan but she persevered and we got our dream holiday booked. She went above and beyond especially working overtime. She is a credit to the company. This is our second holiday booked through Hays. It is the staff who make the company, as they are the foundations. Look forwarding to booking our holiday next year. I contacted Hays Travel to take out their extremely good annual travel insurance policy to cover several holidays we are taking this year. Premium was very competitive as I am a 'senior' and hubby is much younger. Angela handled my query and arranged everything. Great policy and great service!
