Easy to use and great layout
The website was really easy to use and made the experience so simple. There was a slight glitch during the booking process when I determined the table-size for our cruise as the number I chose wasn't submitted. Instead ALL numbers were submitted, including zero which isn't ideal. I will confirm with P&O which table size we want. However, payment, booking, finding the cruise: all so simple.

I booked a Princess cruise online
I booked a Princess cruise online. I don’t normally use a travel agent but the princess site wouldn’t allow me to add the plus package whereas I could on Hays. Al, paperwork and process easy

Great customer service
Great customer service was had during my holiday booking with Hays. The personal touch is something I was not expecting these days but greatly received. The actual holiday was as described in the booking material and lived up to expectations. I would certainly consider booking with them again!
