The agent was available when we arrived and gave us plenty of time to check our requirements and book the cruise we wanted.

I'd almost forgotten what proper customer service feels like. Well worth using as I doubt we would have got around to booking on our own as its nice to have questions answered there and then without the constant wondering if you've missed anything. We'll done Freya and Emma..

Excellent service
Spoke with Atlanta to organise a quote. She was very patient as my dates changed 3 times for various reasons.
Always very friendly, efficient and prompt. Excellent service.

GOOD SERVICE
The consultant who handled our holiday enquiry was polite, helpful and engaging. She took time to understand what we wanted and identified an appropriate specialist travel company to contact. Nothing was too much trouble and the resulting booking was reviewed and thoroughly explained.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the consultant's limited knowledge of the country we were travelling to. It is appreciated that this will probably improve with experience.
