Bev did all the leg work for us showing us several holiday options which enabled us to choose our hotel and destination.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Hays travel at Birchwood as you can guarantee you’ll be looked after.

We popped into the store to explore…
We popped into the store to explore holiday options to Egypt ! Both Natalie and the young lady trainee ( sorry didn’t catch her name ) were very welcoming and helpful. We were unable to book on the day due to needing to renew my passport. Natalie stayed in touch and she was very efficient at getting our holiday sorted for the best price.

Excellent service every time cannot fault them whatsoever, always cheerful and helpful, always gets a great deal. As my Wife is disabled Joe gets the adapted cabin on the
Ship we have booked, organising the Coach booking and necessary paperwork required. All th Staff are helpful, pleasant and helpful. Thanks so much.
