As always, the team at Hays Wallasey provided top notch service from start to finish... Laura went through as many options as we needed to get us what we wanted. She understood exactly what we were looking for, and was clearly 100% invested in ensuring we booked something perfect for us.

I was greted as soon as I entered the shop and offered a seat, unsure of where I wanted to holiday there was no rush Sue went through various options until I was happy with the accommodation and destination.

Booking a holiday.
Went in to enquire about a cruise, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they changed the flight I was offered by the cruise line to a much better route and time. Spent time looking at ships deck plan, to find a good cabin.
Could not be happier.
Wonderful experience, will definitely use this shop again.

Friendly and helpful. Will make booking everything so easy.
Considering I was booking such a large family group for a holiday in August 2027, and wanted a lot of specific rooms I was given so much time, and help, to get it all sorted and booked. Nothing was to much trouble for the lady who sorted everything. Everything was explained fully. So grateful for getting everything I wanted.
