Once again was greeted with a friendly hello how can I help you this came from Nicole at the Wakefield branch.In my opinion after booking in other travel agents where you don’t get the friendly service hays travel go that extra mile to make sure you walk out of the store a happy and satisfied customer.I will without a doubt carry on using hays travel for our future vacations.

I booked my holiday with Emma at…
I booked my holiday with Emma at Wakefield town.
I couldn’t get through to the store due to work commitments.
I called the store, left my details and she kept in regular contact. Called me back when promised.
My requirements were not straightforward. I was limited with flight times, seating arrangements and airport assistance.
She listened, understood my requests, offered advice, reassurance on any questions I asked.
She seemed to have an incredible knowledge of travel. I have already recommended her to family and a friends.
She is most definitely a credit to the company and store.
I wouldn’t book with anyone else going forward from now on.
She was polite, professional and listened.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I hope she receives the credit she deserves.

We received excellent help, booking our holiday, we wasn't rushed into making a decision. The lady asked questions about how far I could walk, with having disability issues. Went through what was suitable for me. 5 Star Service at Wakefield Trinity walk branch .
