Kaitlyn , Newly Promoted Assistant Manager.
Kaitlyn, the newly promoted Assistant Manager was an excellent holiday agent to request a small break for us to take the two teenage boys on. After a long search she came up with the most acceptable hotel in Benidorm. Beach front , sea view, 4*, costing reasonable, well cheaper than our P&O Cruise, early flight, day flight return. plane seats together, Well done Kaitlyn.

Friendly helpful staff wouldn’t go anywhere else. Might be a good idea to send reminder when annual insurance is due as I’ve just been to Majorca with no insurance.

Most of the arrangements worked well
All the arrangements worked well, though the time spent in the shop seemed quite long.
A question about a closed hotel was not followed up.
The staff could have been more smartly dressed.
Generally, though, the service was all we needed.

Excellent Service at Hays of Ulverston
Caitlin was absolutely fabulous. Warm welcome with coffee too. First time we tried a package holiday and the process was extremely easy. All booked with allocated seats within a short time. We looked at travel insurance ourselves but a bit of a minefield however Caitlin got it all sorted and a brilliant price too. Will be coming back to book another holiday with our Ulverston Hays Travel.
